Jessica Parido Suggests The ‘Shahs Of Sunset’ Cast Turned On Her?

Jessica Parido may have been the victim of infidelity, which ultimately led to the end of her marriage to Shahs of Sunset star Mike Shouhed, but that hasn’t led to much sympathy from the cast of the Bravo reality series.

Months after the Season 5 premiere of Shahs of Sunset, Jessica Parido filed for divorce from Shouhed after just eight months of marriage and days later, she stepped out with Karlen Shubaralyan after slamming her husband for cheating.

Although many wondered, at least at first, whether Shouhed had truly cheated on Jessica Parido, he admitted to being unfaithful in a statement shared by his rep.

“Two years ago, before they were married, Mike made a terrible mistake and cheated on [Jessica Parido]. She recently discovered a text message and he came completely clean to her,” his rep told E! News. “He feels so terrible. Jessica is the most amazing woman in the world… He’s begged for her back on hands and knees. He’s offered his heartfelt apology to her. He loves Jessica and always will.”

Jessica Parido married her former husband in March of last year and on August 1, 2015, they separated. At the time, as filming continued on the series, not many knew that the couple had parted ways, but once Jessica Parido filed for divorce in November, their drama began to play out both on the show in the press.

During past seasons, Jessica Parido hasn’t exactly been a fan favorite and often, she feuded with Shouhed’s longtime friend and co-star, Reza Farahan. However, with Shouhed confirming news of his infidelity, many believed Jessica Parido may have had a lighter year during Season 5. Unfortunately, that wasn’t at all what happened and throughout the season, she was targeted by several cast members, including Mercedes “MJ” Javid.

In response, Jessica Parido re-posted a message from a fan of the Bravo reality series.

“Why has every cast member on #Shahs turned on @JessicaParido?? They all wanted to talk to her and film with her during the season,” the message from a fan on August 8 read.

In the comments section of the post, one woman suggested that the cast of Shahs of Sunset made it a point to involve themselves with Jessica Parido in an effort to gain publicity for themselves, as her storyline with Shouhed was considered the main story of the season.

After Shahs of Sunset Season 5 came to an end, Jessica Parido’s former husband spoke out, revealing that he had forgiven himself for his wrongdoings and hoped to find love again one day.

“If me and Jessica decide not to work it out and we decide to move and [go] separate ways, I’m finally OK with myself,” he told the Daily Dish earlier this month. “I’ve forgiven myself with what I’ve done where I feel like I deserve to be loved again and be in a relationship because my ultimate goal with [Jessica Parido] was to be married and stay married and have a family.”

Shouhed also spoke but his emotional fifth season.

“I can honestly say that although there were many times I absolutely hated filming this year & being so transparent, now that the season’s coming to a close and sooooo many people have reached out to me via DM, email, text, email and in person (at the gym while I’m trying to train) telling me that YOU have gone through the same thing in life & how my situation has helped you through it, makes it all worth it!!!” he wrote.
