Hayden Christensen Neglects Baby Duties, Rachel Bilson, And Husband Give Up On Movies And TV Shows?

Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson have not been in movies and TV shows in a while. Hart of Dixie got cancelled last year, and it recently came to light that Hayden Christensen will not be in Rogue One. That leaves them to take care of their baby daughter, Briar Rose, to the fullest of their ability.

However, Hayden Christensen, who does not have Twitter nor Instagram, has not been seen with his baby girl in over four months. He also has not announced any new projects, and it looks like Star Wars prequel will not be his big comeback.

“Since the moment Disney announced there was going to be an official Star Wars prequel/sequel set between Episodes III and IV, rumours have been circulating online that a young Han Solo could make a cameo,” reports Independent.

“However, both President of LucasFilms, Kathleen Kennedy, and director of Rogue One, Gareth Edwards, have confirmed the young Han Solo will not appear in the film,” the article continued. “Kennedy went one step further, clarifying Solo won’t be in the film and firmly stating that Hayden Christensen, who played Anakin Skywalker in the prequels, will not be in the film, despite Darth Vader making an appearance.”

That’s a pretty firm way of saying that Hayden Christensen must look elsewhere to make it to the silver screens.

Rachel Bilson, his baby mama, has been concentrating her efforts in taking care of her almost 2-year-old daughter, as well as seeking business opportunities with Target, Chapstick, and other brands.

In a recent interview to promote the launch of Target’s children’s clothing line Cat & Jack, Rachel told funny stories about Briar Rose.

“Right now she won’t leave the house without her straw fedora hat. It’s her favorite,” she said to People Magazine. “Her favorite thing to wear is my underwear on her head. She thinks it’s the best thing!”

“She won’t wear certain things. My brother got married recently and she had a flower girl dress. She literally would not even try it on until the day of the wedding. She refused!” she added.

The 34-year-old actress also keeps an active Instagram account, where she fills it with stories about her adventures, business endeavors and throwbacks.

Because Hayden and Rachel are so rarely seen together, some people have questioned whether they are still together as a couple — the last time they were seen together was in April. But she relieved everyone’s fears by posting a picture of her and her husband on Instagram.

Though they don’t appear in movies and TV shows anymore, it looks like they have each other to get through the good and the hard times.

It also looks like the baby mama is determined to teacher her daughter about her dad’s famous past as Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars films.

She hasn’t documented Hayden Christensen taking on major roles as a baby caretaker, which got her fans wondering if he meeting his share of responsibility.

Earlier this year, Rachel admitted that she rarely leaves the house because she is content being with her husband and Briar Rose.

“I guess (we) never leave the house,” she said to AOL. “I don’t know. It’s important to us to keep it private. It’s such a personal thing and it’s your own offspring. You try to do everything right. We really don’t do much.”
