Blake Shelton And Gwen Stefani Split Confirmed? Why The Couple May Have Called It Quits [Rumor]

Things aren’t looking good for Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani.

With Shelton working on The Voice’s new season and Stefani touring the country, the couple is spending more and more time apart. Will they be able to withstand this latest hurdle in their relationship? Or are they headed for a breakup?

“Everything is more complicated for them,” an insider revealed to Hollywood Life. “Blake and Gwen seem to be struggling on so many fronts.”

The source didn’t reveal what Shelton and Stefani are fighting about, but it is clear that the honeymoon phase is over.

Why did their relationship go from good to bad so quickly?

For now, it’s difficult to tell what is going on behind the scenes. After all, the pair looked more than happy together two weeks ago when Stefani posted a cute photo with Shelton on Instagram.

Shelton and the No Doubt frontwoman have been together for nine months now.

Although the details of their struggles are unknown, it is possible that Stefani’s grueling tour schedule is putting stress on her relationship with Shelton.

Stefani is currently on tour for her newest album; This Is What the Truth Feels Like. She has stops all across the country in the coming months, with the tour winding down by the end of August.

Just because Stefani is hard at work doesn’t mean she has zero time for fun. According to Inquisitr, the singer was recently spotted at Disney World’s the Magic Kingdom in Florida.

Stefani visited the park with her three children, Kingston (10), Zuma (7), and Apollo (2).

Unfortunately, Blake Shelton was nowhere in sight

While Stefani had a blast at Disney World, Shelton shared a few tweets about the upcoming season of The Voice.

The show is welcoming two new judges next season: Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys. Both Pharrell Williams and Christina Aguilera decided to leave the series after Season 10.

Of course, many fans were hoping that Stefani would rejoin the show for Season 11. While that doesn’t appear likely, there is a chance Stefani will make a cameo at some point in the season.

Meanwhile, Shelton has more to worry about than just his relationship with Stefani.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the country crooner’s ex-wife, Miranda Lambert, recently opened up about their divorce in a new song, “Vice.”

“Another vice, another call, another bed I shouldn’t crawl out of,” Lambert sings. “At 7 a.m., with shoes in my hand said I wouldn’t do it, but I did it again/And I know I’ll be back tomorrow night.”

Lambert and Shelton parted ways last summer. The reason for the divorce isn’t known, though rumors indicate that infidelity may have been the culprit.

“Sweet salvation on a dining room table/Waiting on me, where the numb meets the lonely/It’s gone before it ever melts the ice,” Lambert continues.

This is the first time that Lambert has opened up about her split with Shelton, who has actively discussed the divorce.

Why did Lambert feel the need to speak out now?

According to Fox News, Lambert may have needed a little more time to work through the emotions than her ex-husband, who released multiple songs about the breakup in March.

“I don’t want to use the word ‘heartless’ but [Shelton’s] a guy and there is little more abruptness [in his songs],” Cate Meighan, an expert in pop culture, explained. “It seems like [Lambert has] really gone through her emotional stuff since the divorce and his feels a little more like an ode to a thing that’s over.”
