‘Malcolm In The Middle’ Cast Reunites
Before Bryan Cranston was selling meth to support his family on Breaking Bad, he was the whitey-tightie wearing patriarch on Malcolm In the Middle. Frankie Muniz, who starred as Malcolm on the show, recently tweeted some photos of a cast reunion.
According to Seattle PI, the Jane Kaczmarek (Lois), Bryan Cranston (Hal), Christopher Masterson (Francis) Justin Berfield (Reese), and Frankie Muniz (Malcolm) got together over the weekend for a Malcolm In The Middle Reunion. Erik Per Sullivan, who played Dewey on the show, was not in attendance but Berfield made sure that his little fictional brother took part in the photos by holding up a head shot of the young actor.
Muniz posted the photos from the cast reunion on Twitter:
“It’s been over 6 years since we filmed the final episode of “Malcolm In The Middle…” Had an amazing time seeing all my old friends… Realized how much i missed everyone!”
The limelight has dimmed for the majority of the Malcolm cast. Muniz has appeared in a few movies and recently had a guest spot on the show Don’t Trust the B in Apartment 23. Masterson has also had a few TV spots and is currently filming a new movie, Chaplin. Kaczmarek has appeared on shows like The Simpsons, Whitney, and Wilfred. After a few post Malcolm roles,Sullivan and Berfield both took a break from acting.
Bryan Cranston, on the other hand, has seen huge success since his days as Hal. Cranston has won critical praise (as well as three Emmy’s) for his portrayal of Walter White on Breaking Bad. Cranston’s performance is made even more incredible by the fact that he was once known for his speed walking, figure skating, and underwear wearing abilities on Malcolm In the Middle.
