Brad Pitt?, ?Angelina Jolie?? Adopting Another Child To Stop Impending Divorce?

Another day, another rumor about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The couple has had their name in the headlines all year in regards to a number of rumors regarding their supposed divorce and marital problems. Though from the looks of it, none of these rumors have ever been proven to be true, and Angelina and Brad certainly aren’t talking about their marriage and personal life with the media.

The marriage of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt has reportedly been in trouble for some time now, with claims that Angie worried that Brad will leave her for ex Jennifer Aniston, to rumors suggesting Brad having an affair with actress Marion Cotillard. The latest rumor, from OK! magazine, is that Pitt and Jolie are wanting to adopt a seventh child in the hopes that it will save their allegedly crumbling marriage and stop them from getting a divorce.

Movie News Guide says that Angelina and Brad are adopting a child from Africa. According to a source who claims to be close with the couple, they’ve been fighting “their way back from the brink of divorce” and will be “celebrating saving their marriage with the best present possible: a seventh child.”

“Now that the divorce is off and they’re back on track, they feel adopting another child will strengthen their relationship even more,” the alleged source went on to say.

But a rep for Brad Pitt exclusively told Gossip Cop that this is yet again just another false story. Jolie and Pitt aren’t adopting any children from Africa and there is nothing broken in their marriage that needs to be fixed.

Though OK!’s “source” did provide a pretty detailed explanation about how old Brad and Angelina would want the child to be. Apparently they wouldn’t want to raise another baby and would be much happier with a child who is a pre-teen.

“They feel that by adopting a child who is 10 or older, he or she will mix in better with their rambunctious kids, who are getting bigger by the day. The kids can’t wait to add another brother or sister to their gang of six.”

Apparently In Touch decided to jump in on this as well, claiming that the married couple would like to adopt specifically from South Africa, Burundi or Ethiopia. The publication claims that the reason Brad and Angelina are opting for an older child is that they hope people will become more aware of younger orphans.

“According to Angie, everybody seems to want to adopt babies when there are so many other wonderful, worthy and deserving older children out there,” the site claims.

As of right now, the Jolie-Pitt family consists of Maddox, 14; Pax, 12; Zahara, 11; Shiloh, 10; and twins Vivienne and Knox, both 7-years-old. The last time Angelina Jolie talked about her children, it was in regards to their experience providing voices for the animated feature Kung Fu Panda 3. According to the actress, her kids are interested in being musicians and multilingual and never mentioned anything about desiring another younger sibling.

All things considered, Brad Pitt and Angie seem pretty happy and content, not only with their marriage, but also with the six children they currently have. The couple has been seen out in public with the kids and everything seems fine. But it doesn’t look like these divorce rumors are going anyway anytime soon.

Hollywood Life claims that poor Brad Pitt had to spend Father’s Day all by himself due to this nasty divorce that Angelina was ready to carry out. Star magazine claims that Jolie was meeting with divorce lawyers while Brad was away, when she was in New York City with Maddox and Knox, seeing Hamilton.
