Blake Shelton Got Cheated On By Miranda Lambert? Find Out In New Interview

It’s been over a year since Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert got a divorce, but there are still some rumors coming out that the 32-year-old singer cheated on the 40-year-old country superstar. During a recent interview with Billboard, the Voice coach opened up about his failed marriage, how he fell in love with Gwen Stefani, and his music.

He claimed that If I’m Honest is his divorce record, and people would get some idea what happened in his marriage when they listen closely to the album. However, the musician revealed that his songs are not all about failed relationships and infidelity but also about falling in love.

Blake explained that the track “Straight Out of Cold Beer” represented his carefree lifestyle, which later on led to a realization that his marriage wasn’t going to work out. The song “She’s Got A Way With Words,” on the other hand, was about a lover who cheated and lied – and he may just be referring to Lambert. Although he admitted that he didn’t write the song, he won’t stop people from assuming that some of the lines were about his relationship.

“When we recorded the vocals for some of these songs, I was only six months removed from when all the crap went down,” Blake confessed. “When you have a broken heart — at least, when I do — you got to get it out of your system. You want people to sympathize with you. I was at rock bottom, in the middle of hell.”

There were speculations coming out that Blake Shelton was the one who cheated on Miranda Lambert because he announced that he is dating Gwen Stefani just a few months after his divorce got finalized. However, he revealed that he started bonding with the 46-year-old rocker chick when she found out what happened to him.

“I won’t forget that day,” Shelton said. “I looked over at Gwen — who I didn’t really know — and she had these huge tears in her eyes. I thought, ‘Wow, she feels super bad for me!'”

The “Hollaback Girl” hitmaker was also going through a difficult period in her marriage with Gavin Rossdale during that time. They’d been together for 20 years and have three children, which made it more painful for her. That’s why she requested to talk to the “God Gave Me You” singer alone.

“She didn’t tell me much, because we didn’t know each other at the time, but she said, ‘I’m going through something very similar to what you’re going through. I understand. And I hate it.’ That’s kind of how our friendship and bond started, that day,” he said.

The Bush frontman cheated on the No Doubt lead vocalist with their former nanny, which could mean that the Oklahoma-born musician may have been cheated on by the “Little Red Wagon” singer. After that talk, Shelton revealed that he and Stefani started sending emails and texting each other.

“Next thing I know, I wake up and she’s all I care about, and I’m ­wondering if she feels the same about me,” he said. “Gwen saved my life. Who else on earth could understand going through a high-profile divorce from another musician? You can’t even imagine the similarities in our divorces.”

The latest interview with Blake Shelton may just have confirmed Miranda Lambert’s infidelity. However, the Pistol Annies member denied that she cheated on him. According to TMZ, the songstress claimed that she was never unfaithful to her husband of four years and it was him that strayed.

Sources close to Miranda confirmed that it was Blake who had an affair with a famous country singer. He even asked her to clear off her exotic animals in his ranch in Oklahoma on the same day that their divorce was finalized.
