‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 6: Future Of Hook And Emma’s Relationship Teased [Spoilers]

Once Upon A Time Season 6 is premiering in a little under two months. What can fans expect from the Storybrooke residents? Thanks to Comic-Con 2016, a lot of juicy tidbits were revealed. One of those has to do with the future of Hook and Emma’s relationship. This and other OUAT spoilers were teased. If you do not want to know any details about what will happen when the show returns, then stop reading.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, some secrets from Hook’s past are going to be revealed. When hearing this, some OUAT fans wondered if the secrets would destroy his relationship with Emma Swan.

There is no telling what some of these secrets are. However, Colin O’Donoghue’s character already has shown fans some parts of his very interesting past. These were featured in previous seasons of Once Upon A Time.

When it was first revealed that in Season 6 that Hook’s secrets would come out after being “harbored,” fans could only think the worst. It is true that fairy tales have happy endings, but Once Upon A Time has a habit of spinning and twisting classic tales. Unfortunately, not everyone has a happy ending in Storybrooke. With so many people who love Hook and Emma together, would the writers really tear them apart?

Well, it turns out that viewers shouldn’t worry too much about this, according to Deadline. Executive producer Edward Kitsis teased that Hook and Emma’s relationship will only deepen in Season 6 of Once Upon A Time.

There was one other tidbit about Hook and Emma that was revealed during Comic-Con 2016. When asked about a possible wedding in Season 6, OUAT actor Colin O’Donoghue broke everyone’s hearts with his response. He said that the wedding dress everyone is talking about wasn’t a sign. The actor believes that it is just a regular dress, not a bridal outfit and that it’s always been there.

“It has always been [on the set]. It wasn’t specifically put there. I don’t think it’s a wedding dress,” Colin O’Donoghue replied, according to Yahoo! TV. Executive producer Edward Kitsis added, “If it was Emma’s wedding dress, it would be red and leather.”

Other Once Upon A Time Season 6 spoilers include Aladdin (Deniz Akdeniz), Jafar (Oded Fehr), and Jasmine (Karen David) being added to the cast. Fans suspected for months that Aladdin would appear, but what makes it interesting is that he is considered a “savior.” In the OUAT trailer unveiled at Comic-Con, Jafar mentions the problem with “saviors” like Aladdin.

As fans know, Emma Swan was considered the savior in previous seasons. So, will there now be two saviors in Storybrooke, or just one? Perhaps Aladdin will be the savior of his own world, as Christian Times speculated?

Also, expect to see Morpheus (Giles Matthey) and the Count of Monte Cristo (Craig Horner). In addition to new characters, Once Upon A Time will bring back some old ones, too. Raphael Sbarge is reprising his role as Dr. Archie Hopper and Jessy Schram will come back as Cinderella.

Once Upon A Time spoilers tease that Hook and Charming (Josh Dallas) will have a fun arc together. Leaked photos from the set show Hook and Belle (Emilie de Ravin) filming together. These two normally don’t have a lot of storylines together, so it will be interesting to see what they are up to. They were dressed in modern clothing, so that implies Hook and Belle are in Storybrooke.

Of course, the biggest news that fans have been talking about is Regina and The Evil Queen, both played by Lana Parrilla. It was revealed at Comic-Con that the person who may be affected the most by the split is Henry (Jared Gilmore). Rebecca Mader also suggested that Regina and The Evil Queen’s separation could affect Zelena. She always wanted a family, but she probably never imagined this.
