‘Shahs of Sunset’ Reunion Spoilers: Mike Shouhed Defends Jessica Parido, Couple Back Together?

Mike Shouhed and Jessica Parido’s messy divorce is going to be the highlight of Shahs of Sunset reunion episode airing Tuesday, August 2 on Bravo. Based on a recent exclusive sneak peak, Shouhed goes on full defense mode after Shahs co-star Reza Farahan revealed that Parido has already moved on with a new guy following the split.

According to People, the cast of Shahs of Sunset will once and for all discuss what happened between Mike Shouhed and Jessica Parido. In the episode, Shouhed shared that he did everything to get Parido to forgive him. He also again admitted to cheating on her, which ultimately caused the break up.

“I wanted to fix what the f— was going on. Why? Because I was trying to protect Jessica. It’s really sad. I f—ed up.”

Interestingly, Shahs of Sunset star Reza Farahan claimed that the real reason why Parido refused to take Shouhed back is because there was already another guy in the picture. Farahan’s statement did not sit well with Shouhed.

“One thing I will not stand for is s— talking about my wife,” he said.

While Shouhed vehemently denied being unfaithful on several episodes, the 37-year-old reality star eventually came clean. In a June episode of Shahs of Sunset, Shouhed told Farahan that he had “f****d up” and felt disgusted at himself for cheating on Parido.

In November, Parido filed for divorce from Shouhed after she found an old message on his iCloud, showing that he had been unfaithful in the past. He told People that the incident happened years ago, even before they were engaged. He said that it was just a “moment of weakness,” adding that he regretted everything that has happened.

“I did things I wasn’t supposed to do, and I apologized to her, but that was just the straw that broke the camel’s back,” Shouhed said.

Mike Shouhed told the publication that he was “completely blindsided” when he found out that Jessica Parido had filed for a divorce. The Shahs of Sunset star claimed that she wanted to give him a second chance if he agreed to go to therapy. She, however, decided to move forward with the proceedings and started a new relationship.

“I didn’t even know the divorce was happening until I saw it posted online. That was how I found out she was divorcing me. I was blindsided,” he recounted.

Shouhed also said that he decided, once and for all, to admit his mistakes when Shahs of Sunset fans started to attack Parido for no reason. The reality star explained that he decided to come clean to protect her. Shouhed said that he felt bad that people were attacking Parido, making her feel like the divorce was her fault. Shouhed held that it was about time to own up to his mistakes and admit that the divorce happened because of his infidelity.

“I wanted the world to know that she’s not crazy, she didn’t leave me for no reason. It was time for me to come clean and have integrity and respect and love her enough that I could be honest about this.”

While there are reports confirming that Jessica Parido has started to date someone new, Mike Shouhed told People that they are still in communication with each other. He added that there is still “underlying love” between them. Shouhed, however, remains unsure if they will ever get back together after all that they have been through.

“I really don’t know. It’s just such a tough situation … so public, so many things have transpired in the last year. But I’m definitely not the same guy I was when me and Jessica were having issues and when she left me. I’ve grown leaps and bounds. I don’t want to be a victim of the circumstances of the stupid decisions I made.”
