Britney Spears’ Diet Includes Cheat Days At The Cheesecake Factory


There is no denying that Britney Spears is fit and fabulous. The busy mom-of-two has an incredibly fit and toned body thanks to her strict diet and fitness routine. But, it’s not just healthy food all the time. The pop princess has cheat days, just like the rest of us.

Britney Spears, who just released her new song “Make Me” featuring rapper G-Eazy, took to Instagram to post her latest outing to The Cheesecake Factory with her sons, Jayden James, 9, and Sean Preston, 10, along with a mystery guy who’s her bodyguard, according to her fans. Spears and her group ate a Caesar salad, corn dogs, and French fries, as previously reported via Shape magazine.

Of course, Brit Brit didn’t want to let her heavy lunch go to her stomach. Just hours later, she posted an Instagram video that showed her doing dumbbell shoulder presses while walking on the treadmill. Britney walked the treadmill in just a sports bra and tight gray yoga pants as her messy ponytail bounced up and down. She was listening to Robin Thicke’s hit song “Blurred Lines” as her workout motivation.

Spears has been sharing a lot of her workout routine and dance choreography on Instagram. She even has been sharing some of the healthy and yummy meals she eats to stay in shape. Although Spears is pretty much an open book on Instagram these days, she revealed in an interview with V magazine that she rarely goes on the internet because it’s not something she’s interested in. She also revealed how she’s learned to ignore the criticism she’s received for her career and past.

“Whoever is in the spotlight, people are really quick to judge. I mean, there are a lot of kids coming up who’ve experienced that. You know, Justin Bieber, he’s huge, and he experiences that. It’s just the way the world works, unfortunately. I’ve been doing this for 20 years. I kind of don’t pay attention to it. I have my relationship with God and myself and that’s what matters to me. I really don’t care what most people think.”

And, according to a new report via Foods 4 Better Health, the performer keeps her incredible figure with cardio, dance, yoga, and a balanced diet that includes fruit and sushi. Britney has been showing off the results of her diet by sharing a series of bikini photos on, where else, but Instagram. In the meantime, fans can gawk over Britney’s body as they wait for her supposedly racy new video for “Make Me.”

Spears also works out with personal trainers so that they can keep her on track. After all, Spears like to pig out on Cheetos and Starbucks frappes just like the rest of us. But, when it comes to exercise, Spears loves dancing because it makes for a fun an easy cardio exercise.

According to the report, dancing burns up to 443 calories per hour. She is currently on a 1,600-calorie diet that includes a bowl of oatmeal in the morning to give her the energy she needs to perform her high-energy shows well into the night. And, here is what she typically eats in a day, according to the report.

“Before now, a typical Britney Spears weight loss plan would have included lean proteins such as egg whites for breakfast, and chicken or salmon for lunch and dinner. Rice, avocados, and turkey burgers were also popular choices, and giving up sugar was a definite part of the diet, even sugar from fruit. This kind of diet would have put Spears at about 1,200 calories per day when the average woman should consume roughly 2,000 per day.”

Thanks to Britney’s successful residency in Las Vegas with her ongoing Piece of Me show, she has to stay in tip-top shape and get every dance move right.
