Will Ryan Gosling Bring Eva Mendes On ‘La La Land’ TIFF Red Carpet?
Ryan Gosling has been busy filming Blade Runner 2 in the Czech Republic. It’s looking like he might be in Eastern Europe for a while since he relocated Eva Mendes and his two beautiful baby daughters to Budapest. But he may take a little filming break to attend Toronto International Film Festival, where La La Land, his film with Emma Stone, will premiere.
The bigger question is, will Ryan Gosling bring his partner Eva Mendes on the red carpet of La La Land premiere?
La La Land is one of the highly anticipated films of TIFF, especially after the trailer they released to get the hype going.
“Interracial love stories, real-life dramas, past festival favorites, music movies with Justin Timberlake and the Rolling Stones and films featuring Jake Gyllenhaal, Amy Adams, Ryan Gosling, Mark Wahlberg, Rooney Mara and Woody Harrelson are in the first batch of movies booked for the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival, TIFF organizers announced on Tuesday morning in Toronto,” reports the Wrap.
TIFF is usually the first stop for movies anticipating Oscar nominations in the following year make. 12 Years a Slave premiered in Toronto before going on to win Best Picture. So, this may be a big moment for Ryan Gosling, who has been nominated but has not won an Academy Award.
If he is attending TIFF this year, then it’s not unlikely that he will bring his rumored wife, Eva Mendes, to accompany him on the red carpet. Yes, after having two baby daughters, they might indeed have tied the knot.
“The super gorgeous and super private Hollywood couple hides everything, including Eva’s pregnancies, from the public eye,” reports Hollywood Life. “The couple is so good at dodging the spotlight that they may have gotten married without anyone knowing it!”
“[Eva] proposed to Ryan and he was completely shocked,” a source said according to Hollywood Life. “The buzz is that they invited fewer than 30 people and told everyone they were coming to a backyard party. Of course, anyone there was sworn to secrecy! She doesn’t want them to grow up thinking that marriage is something to be avoided.”
While Ryan and Eva are secretive about their family, they may be letting up on being so strict about their appearances as a couple. Right before he picked up his baby girls to move to the Czech Republic, he was seen playing with his daughter Esmeralda in the famous Griffith Park in Los Angeles, according to Daily Mail. If he was so paranoid about exposing his baby girls to the public, he would have veered away from the populated park.

Eva Mendes has also emerged on the streets of Budapest, not afraid of letting people know that she has moved for her baby daddy.
“Eva Mendes looked like she was enjoying life as a new mother again, as she enjoyed a sunny day in Budapest on Saturday,” reports Daily Mail. “The 42-year-old actress looked happy and relaxed as she strolled along the busy road, looking casual-chic in a navy ensemble.”
For the sake of ramping up hype for La La Land, Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling, the romantic leads of the film, may have been discouraged from bringing their real partners on the TIFF red carpet.
Emma and Ryan are indeed magical in the trailer for La La Land, showing the world that their onscreen chemistry first time around in Crazy, Stupid Love was not just a fluke.
To satisfy the diehard fans, the trailer “features almost nothing but Gosling and Stone dancing, kissing, singing, making eyes at each other, and, yes, even flying,” reports Vanity Fair.

“It’s a dreamy-looking confection, and one that seems like it will make ample use of its stars’ old-fashioned charms,” the article continued.
