Vicki Gunvalson, Ramona Singer, Cynthia Bailey, Kathy Wakile, And More Housewives Attend Hamptons Event
Several current and former stars of the Real Housewives franchise gathered in the Hamptons on Saturday. The special event? Former The Real Housewives of New York City star Jill Zarin’s annual Luxury Ladies Luncheon, which supports and raises awareness for charity while providing guests with food and drinks, fun services and products from sponsors, and luxury goodie bags. Like the previous years, this year’s fourth iteration attracted many celebrities for a day of fun while doing good, including many housewives.
Kristen Taekman, who starred on TheReal Housewives of New York City from seasons 6 through 7, attended the event. She posted a group photo of herself and many fellow Real Housewives stars, including Vicki Gunvalson, Cynthia Bailey, Kelly Bensimon, Cindy Barshop, Kathy Wakile, and Ramona Singer. The photo shows the host of the event, Jill, standing over everyone with her arms in the air.
Kristen thanked Jill for the amazing event. Kristen, who has a nail polish line called Pop of Color, actually hosted the manicure bar at Jill’s event.
Jill starred on the first four seasons of The Real Housewives of New York City, several seasons before Kristen joined, so it’s not clear whether the two had met one another prior to Kristen getting involved in Jill’s event. While Jill doesn’t share any Real Housewives memories with Kristen, she does with Kelly Bensimon, who starred on the show from seasons two through four, and Cindy Barshop, who starred on the fourth season.
Jill posted a photo of Kelly and commented that she looked beautiful as always.
Cindy, the owner of VSpot, a medi-spa that does vaginal rejuvenation, promoted a “new adventure” at Jill’s event.
While Ramona Singer, who began The Real Housewives of New York City with Jill Zarin and has continued to star on it since then, including the current eighth season, didn’t post any photos of herself with her former co-stars, she did post a photo of herself with The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey. The photo shows them wearing sunglasses from Cynthia’s eyewear line.
Cynthia had an eyewear trunk show at Jill’s luncheon.
Kathy Wakile, who starred on seasons three through five of The Real Housewives of New Jersey and is now a “friend” of the housewives on the current seventh season, as she was on the sixth, thanked Jill for including her in the event. Kathy called Jill “a special lady.”
Jill thanked Vicki Gunvalson, who starred on The Real Housewives of Orange County for the past 10 seasons and is one of the stars of the current eleventh season, for attending her event and complemented her on looking amazing.
The housewives didn’t just gather at the luncheon. Jill Zarin posted a group photo showing herself hanging out with Cynthia Bailey, Kathy Wakile, Vicki Gunvalson, and Cindy Barshop prior to the luncheon. Jill thanked the women for their support over the weekend and told them that she loves each and every one of them. Jill also commented that she and the women have real friendships with one another. Jill even said that they’re “sister wives.”
Vicki, who posted a photo of herself with Ramona, commented that Ramona looks “fabulous and happy.”
Vicki Gunvalson and Ramona Singer later joined up again for dinner. Vicki commented that it’s great spending time with Ramona. Perhaps Vicki, who dubs herself the “OG of the OC, reflecting the fact that she has been starred on the show since the very first season, told Ramona, who has also starred on her show since the very first season, that she’s the “OG of NYC?”
Perhaps one day, Real Housewives fans will get to see housewives from the different cities not just at special events and on social media but all together on one show? As previously reported by the Inquisitr, during an interview in June, Real Housewives executive producer Andy Cohen said that a Real Housewives: All Stars will definitely happen, just not yet.
“You know what? We will do Real Housewives: All Stars when the show is just about out of gas. So right now we had our second highest season of Beverly Hills, New York‘s highest ratings since 2012, and Orange County, last season had it’s highest rated season in 10 seasons. So, we are nowhere near the point where we need to put eight of them on an island…We will, and I can’t wait to do it. But it’s going to be at the end of the line … We’ll do it at the end. It’s something that we don’t waste now. We want to save it for later.”
