‘Fifty Shades Darker’ Stars Jamie Dornan And Dakota Johnson Spotted Getting ‘Naughty’ In Paris
Paris got a dose of some Fifty Shades romance this week.
Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson were spotted filming for Fifty Shades Freed in the City of Light this week, and things got a little heated on a Paris balcony.
The Stir released images of the balcony scene, which featured the stars exchanging embraces and kisses while filming for the erotic drama.
Dornan wore a white dress shirt and blue slacks for the scene while his co-star donned a light brown skirt and white top.
The on-screen couple, who play Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, hugged each other and shared an intense kiss on top the balcony.
Things got even hotter after Dornan pressed Johnson against the balcony railing.
After the scene was over, Johnson was seen raising her hands in celebration. According to Yahoo, the balcony scene marked the end of production for the Fifty Shades of Grey franchise, which helps explain Johnson’s mood.“Fifty Shades is wrapped,” author E.L. James told fans on Twitter. “Thanks to all the fans who came to support us.”
Later that evening, Johnson and Dornan were seen riding bikes around Paris. The two rode separate bikes for a while before Johnson playfully jumped on the back of Dornan’s. It isn’t clear if they were filming a scene during the ride or just having fun.
Dornan even surprised fans with a few bike tricks. The actor tested his balance by riding with one leg stretched out and even stood on the seat at one point.
James even joined Dornan on the bike ride and appeared to be having just as much fun.
Following the bike ride, Johnson was seen smoking a cigarette.
Filmmakers decided to shoot Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed in consecutive months to avoid the hassle of coming together after the sequel premiered.
Fans showed up in large numbers for the final days of filming in France. According to Design & Trend, James shared a few pictures of the crowds on social media, thanking fans for their continued support.
“#FiftyShades #Fans,” she caption one image on Instagram.
The image features a large crowd of fans standing in front of a hotel in Paris.
“Ladies!!! (And a few gents) #FiftyFans,” James wrote alongside another photo on Instagram.
Fans waited in long lines to catch a glimpse of Dornan and Johnson in action during the final days of filming.
Despite the good response from fans, Hollywood Take is reporting that many are worried that Fifty Shades Darker won’t include enough sex. In fact, the movie has already received some backlash because of poor chemistry between Dornan and Johnson.Allegedly, some of the scenes even had to be filmed again because they weren’t “passionate” enough.
“Dakota isn’t coming off sexy enough,” an insider revealed. “Ana needs to be naive, not a dishrag.”
At the same time, reports surfaced that James was overly controlling with the movie. As fans will recall, James butted heads with Fifty Shades of Grey director Sam Taylor-Johnson and screenwriter Kelly Marcel.
Both women refused to be a part of the franchise after the original film was over.
Of course, James hired her husband, Niall Leonard, to help write the script for the next two movies. Leonard served as a screenwriter for Wire in the Blood and Monarch of the Glen.Although many have their doubts, Universal is not worried about the franchise. Considering how Fifty Shades of Grey pulled down over $500 million in ticket sales, the studio is confident that the sequels will perform equally well.
Fifty Shades Darker is scheduled to open in theaters on February 10, 2017. Fifty Shades Freed will premiere a year later.
