Lindsay Lohan Complains About Amanda Bynes’ Lack Of Legal Punishment

Why isn’t Amanda Bynes in jail yet? It’s a question that many people are currently asking due to the stars recent string of driving mishaps. One surprising critic of the former Nickelodeon star, however, is current Scary Movie 5 star, Lindsay Lohan.

Lohan, who has been in the headlines more for her legal troubles than her acting career over the last five years, said last night that she thought it was unfair that Bynes had not been put in jail.

Lohan tweeted:

“Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?”

Bynes car troubles started this summer, and it is very likely that she will see the inside of a jail cell soon. The actress’ car was recently impounded after she was caught driving on a suspended license. Bynes is also facing hit-and-run charges as well as the ramifications of a DUI arrest.

So patience, Lilo, Bynes will get her punishment soon.

What do you think of Lohan’s comments? The actress has had her own share of legal troubles, and many people believe that she got off lightly for her crimes. In November, Lohan was sentenced to 30 days in jail. She spent less than five hours in prison. She’s also repeatedly violated probation, is currently facing legal troubles for lying to police about a car accident, was recently was accused of stealing from a friend’s house, and was reportedly kicked out of a hotel for refusing to pay her hotel.
