Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Headed For A Split? Taylor Swift Feud The Final Straw

Kim Kardashian’s feud with Taylor Swift is reaching epic proportions.

Unfortunately, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star’s fight with Swift is putting stress on her marriage with Kanye West. Will the feud end up breaking them apart for good?

West has a longstanding feud with Swift that stretches back years. According to Radar Online, the situation worsened after Kardashian voiced her own opinion and stuck up for her husband.

West slammed Swift on a song, titled “Famous,” from his latest album. West claims that Swift was in on the jab, in which West called her a “b***h,” but the pop star is adamant that she was not aware of it.

Following the comments, Kardashian released a conversation between West and Swift about the song. The recording indicates that Swift knew about West’s plans to insult her on the track.

However, People is reporting that Kardashian could face criminal charges for leaking the information.

California law prohibits recording or eavesdropping without the approval of the parties involved. Apparently, West did not inform Swift that he was recording their conversation.

Once Kim Kardashian released the recording on social media, she became an accomplice in the crime.

“It could be argued that she ‘aided and abetted’ or ‘advised and encouraged’ the crime,” attorney Gregory G. Brown shared. “If so, she can be treated as a principle in the case.”

The punishment for such a crime is $2,500 and a year behind bars.

Of course, a source close to the family stated that they are aware of the possibility of a suit and have made the appropriate measures if Swift takes them to court.

Meanwhile, an inside source revealed that Kim Kardashian’s marriage has taken a turn for the worse. Apparently, the fight with Swift has only created more strife for the couple’s relationship, which was under enough strain already.

“Kim and Kanye were already not getting along before all of this stuff with Taylor happened, but now it is much, much worse,” the source shared. “Kim thinks that this is all Kanye’s fault and she is right. It is. But Kanye told Kim that it is actually her fault now for talking about Taylor in her GQ article.”

For her part, Kardashian is tired of her husband’s constant fighting and no longer wants to stand in his corner.

“Kim is sick of defending Kanye and she wants him to fight his own battles. Kanye told Kim that she needs to stop talking smack about Taylor, but she will not listen to him,” the source added. “This is her battle now!”

West has been married to the reality star two years. They have two children together: North (3) and Saint (7).

Despite the constant fighting and outside feuds, a source told Radar Online that Kardashian doesn’t want to file for divorce. Instead, Kardashian wants to keep her family together for the sake of their children.

“She doesn’t want to put the kids in that position,” the source told the outlet. “Kim is finally world famous and doesn’t want to risk throwing it away. She has too much to lose now.”

Kardashian was formerly married to Kris Humphries, but their relationship only lasted a little over two months. After all the ridicule Kardashian faced after her first divorce, she doesn’t want to go through it again with West.

For now, it appears as though Kardashian and West are trying their best to work things out. Of course, if things don’t work out, then the couple will fall back on their mid-nuptial agreement. While West will keep his vast fortune, Kardashian will retain custody of their kids.
