‘American Horror Story’ Season 6 Spoilers: Fans Want ‘Bates Motel’ Actress To Join Cast

American Horror Story Season 6 spoilers have been very limited, and fans want to know exactly what, and who, they’re going to see when the FX horror series returns this fall. This has lead to a lot of speculations, theories, and dream casting about the show.

While many questions have been unanswered about the upcoming episodes of the series, fans have been talking about what plot they’d like to see, and what actors and actresses they’d love to watch appear on the show. Movie Pilot reports that one actress in particular seems to be at the top of the list.

Bates Motel star, Vera Farmiga, seems to be a perfect fit for American Horror Story, and fans have been vocal about wanting to see her on the show. Vera, who has a long history in the horror genre, is best known for playing Norma Bates, the mother of creepy psycho Norman Bates on A&E’s Bates Motel.

Vera Farmiga has a long running past in the horror business. Not only is Farmiga one of the most powerful performers on TV right now, she also scared fans with her portrayal of real-life ghost hunter, Lorraine Warren, in The Conjuring movies. Vera takes on scary spirits and dangerous entities in the horror franchise, which have become a favorite among fans.

Meanwhile, Vera seems like a great candidate to star on future seasons of American Horror Story as her little sister, Taissa Farmiga, is a staple on the show. Taissa appeared as Violet during Season 1’s Murder House and also in Season 3’s Coven. It would be interesting to see the Farmiga sisters work together on the scary series.

As for American Horror Story Season 6, it doesn’t seem likely that Vera Farmiga could appear on the show, unless it’s in a small role, as she’s currently working on the final season of Bates Motel. As many fans of the actress know, Vera’s character on the series was recently killed off, but will still have a very big part on the show. However, fans can’t help but wonder if the actress would be open to appearing on future seasons of AHS.

Meanwhile, American Horror Story viewers are looking forward to the series returning in the fall. Some cast members such as Angela Bassett, Lady Gaga, and Cheyenne Jackson have been confirmed to be returning to the series, but no other details have been given.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the only hints dropped about Season 6 of AHS is the cryptic photo released on the show’s social media accounts. The photo, which is that of a number six with a question mark embedded into it, has everyone talking about what the plot of the new season could be.

There has been a lot of speculation about the American Horror Story Season 6 theme, and fans have a lot of ideas on what could be in store when the show returns. Storylines such as Slenderman, an orphanage, a cruise ship, summer camp, the holocaust, Area 51, a cult, Bloody Mary, and more have all been mentioned. However, the rumor of the plot being that of the Antichrist has really taken off.

The show’s creator, Ryan Murphy, revealed one big hint at Paleyfest. Murphy talked about the importance of children in horror, which has lead many loyal viewers to believe the rumors of the Antichrist plot for Season 6.

“If you look at horror tropes, the innocence of children, that sort of wide-eyed entryway into some world is always very dramatic and satisfying.”

While the network is dragging their feet about announcing the storyline behind Season 6, American Horror Story fans are patiently waiting for details on the new season to be revealed, and having fun speculating about Season 6.
