‘RHONY’ Cast Post Photos And Reactions From Season 8 Reunion Filming

The Real Housewives of New York City cast members filmed the Season 8 reunion show on Wednesday. Throughout the day, the Season 8 stars posted photos and their reactions to the big event.

The seating chart for the eighth reunion shows that placed right next to Andy to his left was LuAnn de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley, Sonja Morgan, and Jules Wainstein. Placed to the right of Andy were Bethenny Frankel, Ramona Singer, and Carole Radziwill.

Prior to the reunion filming, Ramona showed off her look for her eighth season. She opted for a slim and long black dress and accessorized with dangling earrings and bracelets. She left her hair down in loose curls. Ramona commented that she was feeling energetic for the reunion show.

LuAnn posted a photo of herself and Dorinda while sitting on the couch. LuAnn commented that she was “ready to rumble.” Both women wore sparkly jewels and glittery silver-toned outfits.

After the first half of the Real Housewives of New York City reunion show wrapped up, Sonja gave an update on how things were going. She posted a video clip of herself getting her makeup touched up while wearing a robe.

“Okay, round 1 down. I’m still standing but we really need to get to my set yet but, I do need a rabies shot, I’ll tell you that.”

In her caption, she called the reunion show “brutal.”

Sonja then posted a snapshot of a tense moment of filming. The photo shows Bethenny seemingly in an argument with Ramona. The others, especially host Andy Cohen, look unimpressed. Sonja commented that the photo was taken right before a “STFU” moment.

The group photo shows that while Jules, Sonja and Dorinda went with short dresses, Bethenny, Ramona, Carole went with long dresses. LuAnn seems to have worn pants.

While the group photo seems to show Bethenny arguing with Ramona Singer, it seems that the two women stuck by one another overall. Ramona posted a photo of herself holding hands with both Bethenny and Carole Radziwill.

Dorinda posted a photo of herself with Jules and Sonja Morgan.

Dorinda tweeted that she was on the set for 15 hours.

Yet Jules apparently wasn’t wiped out from the long day of filming. After finishing filming her first reunion show, she actually continued on to attend Andy Cohen’s live talk show Watch What Happens Live(WWHL) later that night. Jules posted a photo of herself with a friend and WWHL‘s guests from that night, actress Busy Phillips and Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis.

Andy actually talked to Jules during the after show portion of his talk show. He asked Jules, who was sitting in the audience, about her first reunion show. Andy commented that she had a really rough morning, but then the heat was off her for the rest of the day. Jules said that the heat got off her later on because the talk turned to what happened between the ladies in previous seasons. Jules, whom Andy said did well on the reunion show, said that she enjoyed it because she finally got to have her say.

“But the morning, it was rough, but I enjoyed it, cause I got to speak. I think I did [well]. I’m satisfied.”

Andy then asked Jules if it was hard for her to watch Wednesday night’s Real Housewives episode, which showed her, during the group’s dinner in Joanne Trattoria restaurant, finally letting Bethenny Frankel know exactly how she felt about her. Jules said that she was proud that she stuck up for herself.

“Honestly I watched it and I couldn’t believe I said the things I said. I’m proud of it.”

Did Jules Wainstein continue her confrontation of Bethenny at the reunion show? Like Sonja, Bethenny described the reunion show as “brutal.”

In response to someone who told her to not yell too much, Bethenny, who was sick on Wednesday, tweeted that she yelled like The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s NeNe Leakes on the “mofo.”

If it wasn’t Jules, perhaps it was LuAnn whom Bethenny Frankel yelled at? During the season, Bethenny has lashed out at LuAnn for pretending to be classier than she is. It’s likely that Bethenny’s comments about LuAnn being promiscuous and going after married men was brought up at the reunion show. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Bethenny has also voiced criticism of LuAnn’s very fast relationship with her now-fiance Tom D’Agostino. Bethenny pointed out that there’s something “fishy” about Tom, given that he previously dated Ramona Singer and had a sexual relationship with Sonja Morgan, at least according to Ramona and Sonja.

LuAnn commented on Instagram that “she made it through” the reunion.

LuAnn immediately left for a European vacation with Tom after the Real Housewives of New York City reunion show finished filming.

Dorinda Medley revealed that she went for a post-reunion toast at Joanne Trattoria restaurant, the same restaurant where LuAnn de Lesseps lashed out her co-stars, in particular Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan, for not being happy for her in regards to her relationship with Tom. It was also the restaurant where Jules Wainstein criticized Bethenny Frankel, as Carole Radziwill sat bewildered at the anger directed towards her friend. Given the drama that went down at that restaurant, it’s not clear whether Dorinda’s co-stars opted to go there with her again, especially after such a long day.
