‘The Walking Dead’ Casting Call: Doubles Hired To Hide Negan’s Real Victims After Leaked Spoilers?
Warning: The Walking Dead Season 7 spoilers are ahead.
The Walking Dead is currently filming Season 7. Fans are going crazy trying to figure out who Negan killed in the season finale. With the premiere airing in just a few months and Comic-Con taking place this month, hints are starting to roll in. In the past, there were plenty of TWD spoilers. However, AMC, creator Robert Kirkman, and everyone else involved in Season 7 are doing everything possible to keep Negan’s victim a secret. Recently, there was a casting call for doubles. The descriptions sound a lot like two major characters in the zombie apocalypse TV show. Could they be trying to hide Negan’s real victims by hiring doubles so fans think they are still filming?
As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Jeffrey Dean Morgan hinted in an interview months ago that Negan would be around for a few years. Recently, it was announced that the actor was promoted to series regular. It is clear that Negan will not die in Season 7 and that the character may follow the comic books. This means that instead of killing Negan, they will attempt to keep him in a cage.

Those that have read The Walking Dead comic books know that Negan was pretty good at escaping his confinement. However, in traditional Negan style, he didn’t run away. He enjoyed taunting Rick Grimes with his shenanigans.
There have been rumors that in The Walking Dead Season 7 premiere, it will show Negan killing Glenn and Abraham. The Spoiling Dead Fans reported that Steven Yeun and Michael Cudlitz have not been spotted filming past Episode 1. This was not 100 percent confirmed, but TSDF has a reputation for being incredibly accurate in their predictions.
For those wondering if Glenn and Abraham die in The Walking Dead, a casting call may hint that those in charge are going to even greater lengths to protect Negan’s victims. Keep in mind that this is just a theory based on the information provided in the casting call.

Backstage posted casting notices for The Walking Dead and the deadline is on July 18, which is just a few days away. Both were for “photo doubles,” which basically means they are looking for someone that can resemble a certain actor, usually from a distance. Examples would be getting out of a car down the road or the back of someone’s head as it’s getting bashed in by Negan’s barbed wire baseball bat, Lucille.
The first casting call was for a caucasian male from 18-50 years of age with black hair. Even though Steven Yeun is not caucasian, if fans only see the back of the head, then the race wouldn’t really be an issue, since the face would never be seen. Additional requirements included being 5’11, 180 pounds, wears pants size 33/30, and a size 12 shoe. It is unknown what size clothing Yeun wears, but he is listed as being 5’9. It isn’t clear why the shoe size would be so important, though.
The second asks for a caucasian red-headed male that is 18 years of age or older. The actor needs to be 6’3 and around 210 pounds. The pants size is 34/32, and they should wear a size 11.5 shoe. This sounds like Michael Cudlitz’ character, Sgt. Abraham Ford.
Keep in mind that a photo double does not necessarily mean that these characters are going to die on The Walking Dead. However, AMC has been pulling every trick in the book to keep Negan’s victim a secret. With reports that Glenn and Abraham are not seen past the season premiere, the network and producers may be getting desperate to cover their tracks.
What do you think of the photo double casting calls for The Walking Dead? Is AMC trying to trick fans into thinking Glenn and Abraham are still alive? Or are these roles for something unrelated to Negan’s victims?
