Johnny Depp Allegedly Buys Vanessa Paradis A $4.4 Million Hollywood Mansion
Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis may have officially broken-up in June, but apparently it was one of the most amicable splits ever; the actor allegedly bought his former love a $4.4 million Los Angeles mansion. The actor and the singer were a couple for 14 years and have two children together.
The New York Daily News reports that the Pirates of the Caribbean leading man bought a Mediterranean style home on Mulholland Drive for his former significant other and their children, Jack and Lily-Rose, to live in. The Hollywood Hills mansion boasts five bedrooms, a master suite with a fireplace, attractive beamed ceilings, multiple winding staircases, a hot tub, and swimming pool, Celebdigs.com
The Mullholland Drive area has been home to some very famous names including Pamela Anderson and Jack Nicholson. According to Zillow.com property details republished by the New York Daily News, the Hollywood mansion is massive at 5,800-square-feet and is nestled in a wooded area.
Real estate agent Christopher Westley, who was not involved in the property transaction, had this to say about the lavish home:
“You can be on the Strip or at the studios in 10 minutes. The views of the city are beautiful but it’s not in your face.”
During an August with the FrenchElle in August, the singer stated she will continue to be “trans-continental” now that Lily-Rose, 13, and Jack, 9, are “more independent.”
Paradis, 39, and Depp, 49, have previously lived in a villa in the South of France, in a home in the Paris suburbs, and on a 45-acre private island in the Bahamas.
