Rob Kardashian Ditches Healthy Diet, Indulges In 'Sympathy Cravings' After Reports Of Twins?

Rob Kardashian has reportedly fallen back into bad eating habits.

After losing a substantial amount of weight in the midst of his whirlwind romance with Blac Chyna, who is reportedly expecting his twins later this year, Rob Kardashian has allegedly resorted to considering plastic surgery in an effort to shed over 50 pounds.

"[Rob Kardashian] needs to drop 50 more pounds to reach his goal so Chyna referred him to her plastic surgeon, who suggested Rob immediately start noninvasive liposuction on his back, buttocks, arms, belly, check and neck," a source told OK! Magazine on July 13.

Rob Kardashian has struggled with weight issues and depression for the last several years. While his romance with Blac Chyna appears to be a good thing for his health, the relationship may not be enough to get him to his goal weight -- especially now that Blac Chyna is pregnant.

"[Rob Kardashian] isn't clean and sober by any means," the magazine insider said. "Alcohol and pot are readily available through the crew that he and Chyna hang out with. He's not abusing like he has in the past, but he hasn't completely cut that stuff from his lifestyle, and that's become a factor in his inability to lose the weight."

Rob Kardashian is also indulging in "sympathy cravings," the source added.

Just months into his romance with Rob Kardashian, the reality star took to social media, where he revealed he and Blac Chyna were engaged. A short time later, he confirmed she was expecting his first child, and now, sources claim Blac Chyna is pregnant with twins.

"[Chyna] knew almost immediately that this pregnancy was different because of how fast her body was expanding and changing," an insider told Life & Style of the 28-year-old model, who shares 3-year-old son King Cairo with ex-fiance, Tyga.

As for Rob Kardashian's family, the source said, "[Kris Jenner] has expressed her joy over the twins, telling [Rob Kardashian], 'the more the merrier.'"

Rob Kardashian's children will be the first of Jenner's grandchildren to carry the Kardashian family name. While two of her daughters, Kim and Kourtney, each have children of their own, the five children all share a last name with their fathers, Kanye West and Scott Disick, respectively.

As Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna prepare to welcome their babies and walk down the aisle, they have landed a new show on the E! Network, Rob & Blac, which is expected to premiere sometime later this year.

In the meantime, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are doing their best to keep the details surrounding their pregnancy secret.

"[Rob Kardashian] is still very excited about the baby," a source close to Kardashian told People Magazine last month. "When someone asks how Chyna and the baby are doing, he smiles and says, 'great.' They won't share any details. They are saving it for their show. Even when friends ask, they refer to their show and say they will share it all on the show."

"Chyna would never accept money from Rob's family," said the source. "She always worked and wants to continue to find ways to make good money. She stopped doing club appearances now, so the money needs to come from somewhere else. Both Rob and Chyna are very excited about their show. They can't wait to share everything with their fans."
