Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie Face Ongoing Divorce Rumors After He Films ‘Allied’ With Marion Cotillard

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie continue to face rumors of an impending divorce. Just weeks after rumors claimed Brad Pitt had engaged in an inappropriate relationship with Marion Cotillard on the set of Allied, a new report suggests the pair may have continued their alleged romance beyond the set.

“Reports have swirled around that Brad Pitt and co-star Marion Cotillard are still dating which also triggered the jealousy of Angelina Jolie,” the Parent Herald revealed to readers on July 10.

News of Brad Pitt’s rumored relationship with Cotillard first hit the web in May and was followed by reports of a caught-on-camera kiss between Pitt and his other Allied co-star, Lizzy Caplan, who portrayed the sister of Pitt’s character in the film.

According to Radar Online, Brad Pitt and Lizzy Caplan were cozying up on set despite his marriage to Angelina Jolie, which ironically began on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith while he was still married to Jennifer Aniston.

“They’ve lost their passion. It’s really sad. Romance seems to be at the bottom of their agenda, below career and kids,” a source told OK! Magazine of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie earlier this month, according to a report by Gossip Cop.

If Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie “actually had time to sit down and discuss what’s happening… They’d say the same thing: ‘We can’t carry on like this.’ Their only hope would be if they took a big break from their work to focus on each other,” the source claimed.

However, despite OK! Magazine’s report, Gossip Cop claimed Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have actually been doing their best to focus on one another and recently rented a home in London, where Pitt was shooting his latest film, so that they could spend time with one another, and with their six kids.

Following the magazine’s report, a source close to the pair assured Gossip Cop there was “no truth” to the story.

Still, the report was just one of many regarding Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s possibly impending split.

“For a while, the excitement of getting married masked their troubles,” an insider close to the couple told OK! Magazine, via Hollywood Life, “but lately, they’ve been having explosive fights. Neither of them is sure that they can or should, hang on anymore.”

Angelina Jolie “barely eats, she guzzles wine every night and she smokes constantly,” the insider continued. And although Brad Pitt accepted Jolie’s bad habits when she was dealing with health struggles, he has since grown frustrated by her alleged behavior.

“[Brad Pitt’s] just exhausted from spending so much energy trying to get her to take better care of herself,” the insider said. “It’s been hard to watch the woman he loves waste away.”

As for Brad Pitt’s alleged romance with Cotillard, the source claimed Jolie would be “furious” if she discovered something had actually occurred between them.

“[Marion Cotillard] must feel like a breath of fresh air to [Brad Pitt],” the source continued to OK! Magazine, according to a second report by Hollywood Life.

“It’s sad because [Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie] do still really care about each other,” the source continued. “But it’s looking like the only way out of the jealousy and misery is a divorce.”
