Ben Affleck And Jennifer Garner Reconciliation Confirmed — How The ‘Batman V Superman’ Star Won Her Back

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are no longer considering divorce.

Just last year, the couple declared they were splitting after ten years together. Now, Garner and Affleck are headed towards reconciliation.

In speaking to Radar Online, Garner’s father, Bill, revealed that he is “awful proud” of his daughter and how she worked things out with Affleck.

When asked if the divorce was off, Bill decided to remain coy.

“I would prefer not to comment on her plans. Any news will come from her and not from us,” he shared.

However, he did talk about how Garner was able to withstand the cheating rumors and stick with her husband of ten years.

Following their divorce announcement, Garner confirmed reports that Affleck had slept with their children’s nanny, Christine Ouzounian.

Bill believes that Garner and her sisters were raised with good work ethics and values that many Hollywood stars lack.

“They do well, and we think their heads are screwed on pretty well,” he stated.

When Garner’s marriage with Affleck fell apart, her parents were fully supportive of their daughter.

Meanwhile, after the reconciliation news surfaced, Garner was spotted at LAX and appeared in high spirits.

Radar Online released several photos of Garner’s return home. The actress looked happier than ever as she made her way through the airport.

According to ET, there were several clues that hinted a reconciliation was on the way.

For starters, Jen Garner and Ben Affleck failed to finalize their divorce even after a year of separation.

Typically, it only takes a couple of months before divorce settlements are reached, though they can stretch on for years.

Even still, Garner and Affleck don’t seem like they are in a hurry to file the papers.

Further, Affleck never left their home in Brentwood, California and has been spotted around town with Garner and their three kids — Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel.

Speaking of their kids, Garner and Affleck never wavered in their commitment to co-parent. Along with routine outings in L.A., the couple took several vacations around the country and one family getaway to Europe.

Then, in December, Affleck surprised fans by getting a huge phoenix tattoo on his back, which later turned out to be for a movie.

During an interview with Vanity Fair, Garner talked about what fans thought was her husband’s breakup ink.

“You know what we would say in my hometown about that? ‘Bless his heart,'” she stated. “A phoenix rising from the ashes. Am I the ashes in this scenario?”

Garner went on to admit that she doesn’t have any regrets about marrying Affleck.

“I didn’t marry the big fat movie star; I married him,” she said. “And I would go back and remake that decision. He’s the love of my life. What am I going to do about that? I always say, ‘When his sun shines on you, you feel it.’ But when the sun is shining elsewhere, it’s cold.'”

For his part, Affleck discussed Garner’s candid interview with Ellen DeGeneres and admitted that the kids are still their top priority.

“It’s fine. She’s allowed to talk about it,” he shared. “We’re good friends, and we’re doing our best, and the kids are fabulous, and we’re working on our best for them.”

Of course, Garner and Affleck have yet to officially announce their reconciliation.

According to the Hollywood Gossip, however, Bill Garner’s comments are a good indication that the divorce is off.

After all, Affleck went with Garner to West Virginia to help her parents, whose home was hit hard by the flooding.

Although Bill couldn’t confirm that their marriage is back on, his comments strongly hinted that the couple is closer to getting back together than finalizing their divorce.
