‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 6: EP’s Tease ‘Literally Pulling Apart’ Regina And All Other ‘OUAT’ Characters [Spoilers]

Once Upon A Time Season 6 premieres this fall and more spoilers are being released. What is the latest information on the fairy tale drama? The executive producers are teasing a lot of changes for the characters. One of those is that Regina and all of the other Storybrooke residents are going to be literally pulled apart from the inside.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Lana Parrilla is going to play two characters in OUAT this season. She has always portrayed both Regina and the Evil Queen, but this time, they are going to be two separate individuals. Not only that, but the Evil Queen is not happy and is determined to battle Regina. However, that won’t be the only issue in Season 6 of Once Upon A Time.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Regina is not the only OUAT character that will be going through some changes.

“The intent is that these new characters and new stories are really a reflection on what’s going on inside of our characters,” OUAT executive producer Adam Horowitz told EW. “With Lana and the Evil Queen, that’s the starkest example, which we’ve already teased. We’re literally going inside her and pulling her apart. There are elements of that that we’re planning to do for each and every one of the characters.”

As Carter Matt pointed out, viewers have seen different parts of the characters. Just like in real life, people in Storybrooke are complex. Experiences, personality, and a host of other factors go into what makes a person unique and have different sides to them. In Season 6 of Once Upon A Time, fans will see more of this and maybe in different ways.

Other Once Upon A Time Season 6 spoilers include Rumple and Belle going on an adventure, whether she is still in Pandora’s Box or not. Mr. Hyde will deliver something to Rumple, but will there be unforeseen consequences or will it wake up Belle with no “side effects?” Also, three new characters will be introduced and they will be part of the Land Of Untold Stories. According to TV Line, expect to meet Sinbad, Scheherazade, and Morpheus when Once Upon A Time returns.

There is a rumor that Hook and Emma may have a fairy tale wedding in Once Upon A Time Season 6. Fans began wondering about this last season when a wedding dress was spotted in the background. Many viewers thought that it was a sign of what was coming. Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis were asked about this, but the co-creators wouldn’t give a direct answer.

“I would say you’ll have to watch season 6,” Edward Kitsis told Entertainment Weekly, “you never know what’s going to happen.”

Once Upon A Time Season 6 will premiere moments after Mr. Hyde comes to Storybrooke. As fan recall, he gave Regina an ominous greeting. So, what happens next? According to Horowitz, there will be an exploration of what the characters are from the Land Of Untold Stories. Fans will also discover “what their whole deal is.”
