Jordan Rodgers May Have Joined ‘The Bachelorette’ To Become The Next Bachelor And To Get A New Job
Anyone and everyone watching the 2016 season of The Bachelorette knows that Jordan Rodgers is one of the frontrunners to win JoJo Fletcher’s heart. He has the looks, the sophistication, the intelligence, and the attention of the woman who is at the center of it all, but is it all true? Many have questioned Jordan’s motives for being on the show and now a lot of speculation is coming forth as to why he is really there in the first place.
Please let it be known that there are possible spoilers ahead for the new and upcoming season of The Bachelorette starring JoJo Fletcher. If you don’t want to know them, stop reading now.
When it all boils down to it, the contestants on The Bachelorette and The Bachelor (not the leads) go on the show hoping to win it and find love. Some are there for other reasons and have ulterior motives so they can get their 15 minutes of fame or something else.
Well, many believe that’s exactly why Jordan Rodgers is there this season.
For those that don’t already know it, Reality Steve has long since revealed that it will be Jordan Rodgers winning this season and he is now engaged to JoJo Fletcher. At the end of it all, he will head to the season finale to face off with Robby Hayes and he’ll take the final rose.
Maybe that’s not what he had planned all along, though.
If you know anything about Jordan Rodgers, you know that he didn’t quite have the type of football career that his brother, Aaron Rodgers, has had. Sure, he wanted to go on to be a professional quarterback in the NFL, but it just didn’t work out that way.
Now, he’s had to find another path in life and Us Weekly Magazine is reporting that he may have wanted to become the next big man on ABC, as a close friend of his revealed.
“Originally, Jordan wanted to go on The Bachelorette to become the Bachelor. That was his goal.”
It appears as if Jordan had a close friend on the inside at The Bachelorette and that connection is what ultimately helped him get on the show. Producers thought he “was there for the right reasons” and never suspected that he may have wanted to play the entire system.
Apparently, Jordan was thrilled when ABC threw a curveball by not choosing Caila Quinn as he had “no desire” to date her. He was excited when JoJo came in as the replacement and he unexpectedly fell in love with her. Apparently, once taping began, his whole mindset flipped and he “definitely fell in love with her.”While he is currently engaged to JoJo Fletcher, they can’t reveal that just yet since the airing of this season of The Bachelorette is not yet complete. As he waits around, though, Wet Paint is reporting that his new-found fame has landed him another job with the SEC Network.
So @SECNetwork just gave @JRodgers11 a rose too. Congrats on the new gig.

Much like in the way Jesse Palmer went from the guy searching for love to sports analyst, Jordan Rodgers appears to be doing the same. It’s not exactly known what his new job at the SEC Network will be, but it’s not surprising considering that network is owned by ESPN, who is owned by Disney, which also owns ABC.
Things certainly seem to be going much better for Jordan Rodgers since he landed in the pool of 26 men on The Bachelorette, but is he being totally sincere?
Is Jordan Rodgers really such a bad guy? It’s obvious that he’s not going to be the next lead on The Bachelor as he’s currently engaged to JoJo Fletcher since he will win The Bachelorette, but was that his intention? Some think he was just there for exposure and to get a job in the sports world as he has with SEC Network and falling in love with JoJo just happened. Well, only time will tell and it will be interesting to see where he goes from here.
