While OK! Magazine has made claims that they are a “new couple” and there are “sparks flying” between the two, Gossip Cop has come to the rescue and debunked the crazy rumor. Apparently, there is “no truth” in this story by any means.
OK! wrote that the two stars not only “really like each other,” but they became “quite close” while they worked together on the miniseries The Kennedys: After Camelot. While Holmes plays the role of Jackie Kennedy, Matthew Perry portrays her brother-in-law Ted Kennedy.

The tabloid writes that the two not only have “on-screen chemistry” but have been “spending a lot of time together” behind the scenes. OK! goes as far to fabricate a fake source that claims that “[t]here’s a real spark with them.” The pretend source goes on to state that “[t]hey have had dinner a couple of times and clearly enjoy being with each other.” The alleged source also says that Perry and Holmes are “constantly flirting.”
The Katie Holmes dating story is filled with ridiculous statements. Apparently, Matthew Perry has been teasing Katie Holmes in a “flirty way” for being a huge fan of Friends. The supposed insider seems convinced that the two are a solid couple.

Gossip Cop cleverly points out that the tabloid’s story lacks specifics about their apparent romance. OK! only uses vague words and statements such as “chemistry,” “flirting,” and “sparks flying” to describe Holmes and Perry’s rumored romance. The lack of specific evidence pointing to a relationship between the two stars makes this story quite unbelievable.
Wait, isn’t Katie Holmes dating Jamie Foxx? While the rest of the world is aware of this fact, OK! is apparently slow on the uptake. The tabloid makes it a point to comment about the truthful relationship, saying that Holmes’ “romance with Jamie Foxx is on the decline.”

Strangely enough, OK! fabricated a story a few weeks ago claiming that Katie Holmes was pregnant with Jamie Foxx’s baby. Naturally, that wasn’t true. Thanks to Gossip Cop, the tabloid was called out on their lie. In this particular story, OK! mentioned nothing regarding Holmes’ supposed child with Jamie Foxx.

Gossip Cop slammed OK!, saying they “manufactured that story.” The online celebrity policing publication confirmed with Holmes’ rep that these rumors had “no truth” to them. Gossip Cop writes that the two stars are “simply just colleagues” and Holmes is not going to date her co-star “anytime soon.”
Poor Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx haven’t been able to catch a break. Many tabloids have been producing loads of rumors, regarding the stars. The International Business Times recently wrote that Radar Online had spotted Jamie Foxx holding hands with an unknown blonde at the lobby of the Shelborne hotel in South Beach, Miami. It was rumored that Foxx brought the “mysterious woman” to his hotel room after a fundraising event.
Katie Holmes’ dating life has been made into a media spectacle. Radar Online said the Hollywood star was apparently “pressuring Foxx to go public with their relationship,” according to the International Business Times. In all honesty, Katie Holmes has been taking care of her daughter, Suri, since her split from Tom Cruise. Holmes had apparently left Cruise because the actress was afraid “she would lose their daughter to Scientology.” The star’s ex-husband is an avid believer in the religion.
