Kristen Stewart Is Rumored To Have Purchased A $4.8 Million Malibu Beach House, With Her Mother
Kristen Stewart allegedly bought a Malibu beach house — with her mother. The little piece of beachfront heaven reportedly cost around $4.8 million and is secluded enough to keep the prying eyes, and shouts, of the paparazzi at bay. Before the actress’s affair with married Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders, the vampire baby-mama shared a $6 million mansion in L.A. with co-star Robert Pattinson.
Celebdigs.Com notes the home legally belongs to the elder Stewart but contends the movie star contributed significantly to the purchase and is living there as well. Malibu public records show the oceanfront home was purchased in the name of the 26-year-old performer’s soon-to-be single mother, Jules Mann Stewart. The divorce brings an end to a 27-year marriage with the actress’s father, John.
The lavish pad is currently decorated in a contemporary style and includes five bedrooms, more than four bathrooms, and encompasses three stories and 5,800 square feet, according to the Daily Mail. Thick, yet manicured landscaping offers the Twilight star and her mother privacy while outdoors. An oval-shaped guest house also exists on the property. An online real estate listing describes the waterfront dwelling as modern steel and glass structure with frosted glass accents, hardwood floors, and mint green accent walls.
The home the Breaking Dawn leading lady shared with Robert Pattinson encompassed half-acre of land and included a 150-seat movie screening room and beautiful gardens. The Los Angeles mansion was owned by ER star Noah Wylie until sold to the British-born actor in 2011.
