Is Jamie Foxx Cheating On Katie Holmes? Actor Caught With A Mystery Blonde
Katie Holmes is reportedly dating Jamie Foxx, but the 48-year-old actor was recently seen with another woman. He was caught holding hands with a mystery blonde at the lobby of the Shelbourne Hotel in South Beach, Miami.
According to Radar Online, the Annie star brought the woman back to his hotel after a fundraising event at around 11:30 p.m. Could Foxx be cheating on the former Dawson’s Creek actress? Holmes is currently in Canada filming her new movie The Kennedys: After Camelot, so she must not be aware of her rumored boyfriend’s date with a mystery blonde.
A few days ago, Claudia Jordan indirectly confirmed that Jamie and Katie are dating. During a recent podcast interview, the 43-year-old reality TV star confessed that she never had a thing for the actor. However, she revealed that her rumored former fling is currently courting Tom Cruise’s ex-wife.
“He is very happy with her,” Jordan said as reported by Us Weekly. “I like that he seems very happy.”
What the Real Housewives of Atlanta star said about Holmes and Foxx appeared to be a confirmation that the two are dating. However, Jordan tried to clear things up immediately by claiming that she misspoke. Maybe the actress had a slip of the tongue and that got her in big trouble. She later released another statement to ET denying that Katie and Jamie have a relationship.
“I’ve never seen them together, he’s never told me he’s dating her,” Claudia said.
The Deal or No Deal model admitted that she sometimes has a hard time answering questions about celebrities, and she ends up giving a safe and generic answer. She also apologized if some people misconstrued what she said about Holmes and Foxx.
“Sorry to not have this bombshell story, but I cannot confirm them,” she said. “I don’t have the knowledge of this being fact, I don’t.”
A source close to Claudia Jordan recently revealed to ET why she suddenly retracted what she said. Jamie is allegedly angry that she told everyone about his relationship with Katie. That’s why she’s in panic mode right now and doing everything to retract what she said.
“I’m learning as I navigate through this business that, you know, your business is your business,” she explained. “Outside people don’t really have a place to speak on your business, and they shouldn’t, including people that know you, because it can be taken the wrong way.”
Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have been very secretive about their rumored relationship. During an interview with More early this year, the brunette beauty avoided talking about dating and instead opened up how her divorce from Tom Cruise affected her.
“You’ve got to keep going,” she said. “In every part of your life. Focus on the positive. Stay creative. Go to things that interest you. Do work that’s fulfilling. Challenge yourself. What’s amazing about the human spirit, there are so many people doing inspiring things. If you focus on that, it makes your life richer.”
While Katie remains quiet about her love life, Jamie was the more aggressive one as he denied their relationship not only once, but several times. Back in 2012, the Django Unchained star confessed that the worst thing a person can do to a relationship is to let it go public.
“I like to stay quiet with anyone that dating; that I’m really, really dating,” he told Nancy O’Dell, as reported by ET. “If there’s somebody that you’re dating, the worst thing that you can do is let that [camera] touch you. Because once the camera touches you, [it’s out].”
Maybe Jamie Foxx’s recent sighting with a mystery blonde was planned so that people would not think that he is dating Katie Holmes. The PDA photo happened just a few days after Claudia Jordan accidentally confirmed the famous couple’s relationship.
