Ryan Serhant Getting A Summer Home In Montauk After Wedding?

Ryan Serhant may be busy planning his wedding to Emilia Bechrakis, which is supposed to take place next month in Athens, Greece, but it sounds like he’s been very busy in Montauk. Serhant has several listings right on the beach and he has been spending the weekends in Montauk. And of course, Emilia has been there with him, enjoying the beach and the windy weather. The two appear to have such a good time out there that they could be thinking about getting a property there once they return home from Greece.

According to a new Instagram post, Ryan Serhant is clearly pleased with the views that he’s getting in Montauk, as he’s been posting several pictures from the homes he has available. And the sunrise from the water is very convincing.

“Good Morning from the front lawn of our Gurney’s Residences in Montauk. Wow,” Ryan Serhant revealed on Instagram, sharing a beautiful picture from the water.

Of course, Ryan and Emilia have been planning their wedding for quite some time, as they are using four wedding planners for their Greek wedding. The two will be traveling to Greece next month to get married and they want everyone to have a great time. And Serhant told PEOPLE magazine that they are planning plenty of surprises — including the surprise that the Million Dollar Listing crew may be there.

“Because people are coming from so far,” Ryan Serhant revealed to PEOPLE, adding, “So it will be cool, crazy. We have some surprises in store. And everyone will get to watch it – I don’t know if I’m supposed to say that.”

Serhant hasn’t revealed whether they are buying a summer home in the Hamptons. Many Bravo stars have homes in the Hamptons, so they have a place to escape to when they need some time away. Even Ryan’s Million Dollar Listing: New Yorkco-star Fredrik Eklund has purchased a second home in Connecticut, where he can hang out with his husband. But maybe the value of a dollar means a lot to Ryan. On Instagram, he recently opened up about the work he used to do on his parents’ ranch, where he only got paid $4.50 per hour.

“My Mom just sent this to me. This is my parent’s front driveway on the ranch in Colorado. I haven’t been home to Steamboat in a long time, and this photo REALLY makes me miss it. I don’t miss all that fence though. Before moving to NYC in 2006 my job was a ranch hand, staining fence for my parents. There is over 100 miles of fence there. But I was paid $12/hour so that was pretty awesome. Much better than the $4.50/hour my Dad paid me to pick up sticks around our house outside Boston when I was younger. Every single day I wake up and work my butt off so I never again have to pick up another stick, or stain another fence. I didn’t appreciate it then, but I appreciate it now. Thanks Dad,” Ryan Serhant revealed in an Instagram post, sharing a picture of his family home’s entrance in Colorado.

Ryan hasn’t said anything about purchasing a home in Montauk, but it’s no secret that these two lovebirds really enjoy spending time together on the beach. Maybe it is a fun escape for them as they are getting the last bit of wedding planning done.
