Shannon Beador Says It’s ‘Undisputable’ Vicki Gunvalson Was In On Brooks Ayers’ Cancer Scam, Vicki Agrees They Won’t Be Friends
Is Shannon Beador holding a grudge? On The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 11 premiere episode that aired on Monday night, Shannon was shown not wanting anything to do with co-star and former friend Vicki Gunvalson. Vicki maintained that she didn’t knowingly lie about ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers having cancer and that the only thing she’s guilty of is having believed in a man she was in love with. Yet Shannon thought that Vicki still wasn’t taking responsibility for the role she played in the whole cancer drama.
As the episode aired, Shannon live-tweeted with co-stars Heather Dubrow and Tamra Judge. Shannon posted several tweets that made clear that she still thinks Vicki is lying about what she knew. Shannon also made clear that she still doesn’t want to be friends with Vicki.
Shannon tweeted that it’s “undisputable” that Vicki was in on the “cancer scam.”
It's undisputable Vicki was in on a cancer scam… #RHOC

A viewer told Shannon to let it go. Shannon replied that she has and Vicki in turn needs to let it go and admit her lies rather than continuing them.
I have. She needs to let it go and admit instead of continuing her lies.

When another viewer said that viewers don’t care about what happened last season, Shannon said that she’s still entitled to her opinions.
no, I'm still alive. But when on a reality show you are constantly asked your opinion. I'm entitled to mine…

Shannon maintained that she has moved on but that she’s still angry for those who are actually affected by cancer.
To be clear. I have moved on. I want to be a voice for all those people fighting for their lives and those affected by cancer. #RHOC

When a viewer told Shannon that she should find forgiveness for Vicki, Shannon said that she has forgiven her but that doesn’t mean that should now be friends.
I have. I just don't want to be her friend.

In response to Vicki’s comment during the episode that Shannon is so hateful right now that she hates the world, Shannon tweeted that she doesn’t hate the world but does hate liars.
I don't hate the world, just don't like liars… #RHOC

When another viewer pointed out to Shannon that she forgave her husband after his infidelity so she should be able to forgive Vicki, Shannon said that her husband, unlike Vicki, held himself accountable and showed remorse.
my husband was accountable and showed remorse.

On Monday morning, Shannon hinted that viewers, as the season unfolds, will see that she’s right for not wanting to be friends with Vicki.
Will it be proven that Vicki knowingly lied about Brooks Ayers having cancer? As previously reported by the Inquisitr, after the season premiere episode aired, Brooks continued to deny that he lied about having cancer.
On Tuesday afternoon, Vicki finally spoke up to Shannon. In response to another tweet that Shannon sent about not wanting to be friends with Vicki, Vicki tweeted that she doesn’t want to be friends with Shannon, either. Vicki said that they are now just co-workers.
Finally we agree on something. I don't want to be your friend either. We work together & that's it as far as I'm concerned.

Seeing Shannon Beador’s tweets apparently changed Vicki Gunvalson’s mind about Shannon. During her appearance on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live on Monday night after the airing of the Season 11 premiere episode, Vicki was asked if there’s a chance that she’ll rekindle her friendship with Shannon. Vicki expressed hope that she and Shannon will be friends again. Vicki said that she doesn’t even remember what Shannon is mad at her about.
“I hope so. I mean I don’t like being enemies with anybody. So she’s bugged at me, I’m bugged at her but I forgive a lot easier than some of these ladies. I want to move on. I’ve always been there for Shannon and I took her under my wing when nobody else would and I hope she remembers that. Yeah, I’m hopeful. I’m always hopeful. I don’t like conflict. Like, I just hate it. Like what are we fighting about anyways. I don’t even remember, like [sigh]. It’s so ridiculous. The whole thing is ridiculous.”
When Andy reminded Vicki that Shannon is mad about what happened with Brooks, Vicki, who repeatedly said during the talk show that she no longer wants to talk about Brooks, got angry. Vicki made clear that at this point, she just wants to have fun with her co-stars rather than dwell on what happened in the past. Vicki, who tried to help Shannon’s marriage with David in previous seasons, said that she doesn’t care if David really had an affair or not.
“Well it’s none of their business!. So I’m over it! Guess what, am I going to fight with her about David? I don’t give a f**k! I don’t care. I don’t care! If David’s sick or not sick or if he had an affair or didn’t have an affair, I don’t care! I don’t care!”
While viewers won’t see much of a friendship between Shannon Beador and Vicki Gunvalson this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, they will see Vicki bond with newcomer Kelly Dodd. When asked by a viewer for her opinion of Kelly, Vicki said that Kelly just wants to have fun, which is what she wants.
“I think Kelly’s been a great addition to this cast and we’ve been really good friends. She likes to whoop it up and you know, I just like want to have fun right now. I want to work hard. I want to have fun. And I want to whoop it up.”
