Karrueche Tran Dating The Game? ‘All Eyez’ Rapper Responds To Rumors After Name-Dropping Model In New Song

Karrueche Tran may be heating up dating rumors with fellow model Nyle DiMarco after being photographed alongside the America’s Next Top Model winner at the 2016 amfAR Inspiration Gala earlier this month, but it appears that Karrueche is also at the center of new romance rumors with The Game after the rapper gave Karrueche a shout-out in his latest release, “All Eyez.”

Rumors of a possible romance between Karrueche Tran and The Game first began back in September after the “Mula” rapper began following Tran on Instagram and was spotted “liking” several of the model’s sultry photos on the social media site. While Karrueche neglected to comment on the dating claims between herself and The Game, the rapper’s rumored involvement with Karrueche ultimately fueled speculation of a growing feud with Tran’s former boyfriend, Chris Brown.

Speaking to E! News regarding the Karrueche Tran dating rumors and alleged feud with Chris Brown, The Game previously explained to the media outlet that not only are he and Chris Brown not fighting over Karrueche, the duo are actually really good friends.

“We aren’t fighting. Chris is a good friend of mine, he’s a really great talent and a really good guy. All I did was like a few [of Karrueche Tran’s] pictures. He didn’t get angry or anything,” The Game explained of the feud rumors.

“They were nice pictures, that’s what Instagram is for, you know! On the same day, I liked a few of your pictures. I liked some of Rihanna’s, and two of Beyoncé’s,” the rapper continued. “They picked Karrueche out of that. I don’t know, media does that. All the blog sites they twist it.”

While The Game may have silenced rumors of a growing romance with Karrueche last year, it appears that the rapper has only reignited the dating claims after giving the model a shout-out in his newest track, “All Eyez,” which dropped earlier this week on June 20.

In the track, which includes a feature from Jeremih and production by Scott Storch, The Game borrows a line from Chris Brown’s hit track, “Back To Sleep (Remix),” in which the singer controversially shouts-out his ex’s name with the lyrics, “You want me to say your name, girl? Okay, Karrueche!”

Despite Karrueche’s less-than-amused reaction to Chris Brown’s “Back To Sleep” shout-out, the model has yet to respond to The Game’s newest release and has not acknowledged the growing rumors surrounding her alleged romance with the Compton rapper.

Speaking to Los Angeles’ Real 92.3 hosts during their “Real After Party” segment earlier this week, The Game addresses the resurfaced Karrueche Tran dating rumors in addition to dishing on the status of his friendship with Chris Brown given the similarity between his “All Eyez” shout-out to Karrueche and that of Chris Brown’s name-drop of his ex in his “Back To Sleep (Remix).”

When asked if Chris Brown has confronted him about the track, The Game explains, “Chris is a cool guy. I just remember hearing him do that on the song and I thought it was dope. You know what I’m saying? So, when I was doing the song at Storch house, I’m like, I was thinking about doing it in the same vein, but I couldn’t think of like what name so I just said the same name because I thought it would be funny.”

In addition, when pressed about the dating rumors between himself and Karrueche, The Game explains that while Karrueche is a “real cool girl,” his “All Eyez” shout-out was nothing more than “just fun and games.”

“It was just fun and games. Karrueche is a real cool girl and she’s dope. So, you know, she got a shout-out.”
