Patrick Dempsey Back Together With Wife Jillian After 2015 Divorce

Patrick Dempsey is back together with his wife after their divorce, according to ET Online. The former Grey’s Anatomy actor has apparently reconciled with his formerly estranged wife Jillian Dempsey.

Patrick Dempsey and Jillian were spotted walking hand-in-hand on the beach in Santa Monica, California. It appears that the lovebirds, who filed for divorce last year, are back together and they attended a charity event organized by The Wendy Walk at Jonathan Club.

The two looked in harmony with one another as both Patrick Dempsey and his wife opted for a sporty look. While Patrick wore black jogging pants and a black athletic vest, his wife opted for black yoga pants and a gray shirt.

According to eyewitnesses present at the non-profit charity walk, Patrick Dempsey and his wife looked very affectionate and didn’t stop smiling throughout the event. In fact, the 50-year-old Grey’s Anatomy star hosted the fundraiser for the event, which has the goal to raise funds and awareness for sarcoma.

Patrick Dempsey came to the event with his wedding ring. Sarcoma is a malignant tumor made of cancellous bone, fat, muscle, vascular, or hematopoietic tissues. Patrick’s wife even found time to take a selfie.

The selfie featuring Jillian and Patrick Dempsey was shared via Instagram, and Jillian captioned the Instagram snap saying, “Helping to raise funds for a cure.”

Even though Jillian filed papers for divorce in January last year, the two still appeared in public together on several occasions. Patrick Dempsey and Jillian have been married for 17 years now, which may have been the reason why the two never actually completed the divorce process.

And now that the lovebirds have made an official public appearance as a couple again, does it mean that the two have officially reconciled? Patrick Dempsey and his wife have three children: twin 9-year-old sons, Sullivan and Darby, as well as Tallulah, 14.

What’s interesting is that divorcing papers are still pending in court, but the two are apparently back together. In fact, in his interview with the Evening Standard last month, Patrick Dempsey confirmed that the couple is back together after their split.

The 24 Hours of Le Mans will be packed with celebrities this year, according to People magazine. And it’s not just about Brad Pitt, who is considered the main star of this year’s event, but also Patrick Dempsey, best known for his roles in Grey’s Anatomy, Enchanted, Made of Honor, and Can’t Buy Me Love.

The 24 Hours of Le Mans might have been exciting in the ’70s when Steve McQueen and Paul Newman added strong celebrity appeal to the event, but this year’s event will be just as exciting with the participation of Brad Pitt, Patrick Dempsey as well as Keanu Reeves.

In fact, Patrick Dempsey’s team finished second in last year’s race, but this year the Grey’s Anatomy star will not be competing. Instead, the race’s organizers named the 50-year-old actor the race’s 2016 Ambassador.

In addition to Patrick Dempsey’s charm, Keanu Reeves will bring even more charm to this year’s race. It was reported that the Matrix star was invited by French tire giant Michelin. And Reeves will reportedly be using his time at the event to promote his Arch Motorcycle brand to French riders.

But the list wouldn’t be complete without a martial arts star. That’s why Jackie Chan joined Patrick Dempsey, Brad Pitt and Keanu Reeves for this year’s racing event. In fact, Chan had his racing skills put to the test in 1984’s Cannonball Run 2.

The 24 Hours of Le Mans is held annually since 1923 in France and is often called the “Grand Prix of Endurance and Efficiency.”
