Blake Shelton Turns 40, Gwen Stefani Tweets Cute Birthday Message: Best PDA Photos
Gwen Stefani was ready to party even before Blake Shelton officially turned 40 on June 18. Seen in West Hollywood stocking up on party goodies a few days before Blake celebrated, Gwen showed she believes in being prepared when it comes to a big event like her boyfriend’s 40th birthday, noted People.
As always, the 46-year-old singer’s style stole the spotlight. Gwen flaunted her fabulous figure in a clingy sweater paired with trendy plaid capris. And she didn’t have to look far when it came to her choice of lip color because Stefani went with the bright red look that has made her pout famous.
As to what Gwen will serve at the birthday party to celebrate Blake? The pop singer has shown that she does not believe in sacrificing sweets.
When Stefani took her three boys to Knott’s Berry Farm recently, sugar ruled the day. Accompanied by Gwen’s niece Stella, 10-year-old Kingston, 7-year-old Zuma, and 2-year-old Apollo enjoyed treats including taffy and other candies.
While the singer can’t share the goodies that she and Blake will enjoy with her fans, she did turn to social media to share her message for her country singer superstar boyfriend.

Blake promptly responded.
“Now THIS is how you start your 40’s!!!!!!!! Thank you @gwenstefani for everything…” tweeted the 40-year-old country music singer.
And Shelton encouraged everyone to celebrate his birthday along with him.

Blake has enjoyed a year filled with change, from the positive (Gwen entered his life) to the challenging (he separated from Miranda Lambert) in the months leading up to his 40th birthday, pointed out E News.
It was only months after his painful divorce that Blake found love with Gwen. And his struggles combined with his new romance led to a new album, If I’m Honest. The couple became known for parading their PDA everywhere, from television to social media, with some photos demonstrating their affection to the delight of fans.
“I actually wrote that song, started it just to try to impress her. And I sent it to her just half done…and she wrote the next verse and sent it back to me. And so it was like, oh, we’ve got a song together.”
Last year on his birthday, Blake seemed happily married to Miranda Lambert. But after their divorce, the start of his romance with Gwen also signaled the start of photographs preserving their cutest moments together, noted Hollywood Life.

Followers joined in the happy birthday wishes for the country music star, and it wasn’t long before Gwen’s Instagram page turned into a virtual birthday card for her boyfriend.
