Jennifer Aniston Not Pregnant Despite ‘In Touch’ Exclusive That She Is Carrying A ‘Miracle Baby”

Jennifer Aniston is not pregnant despite rumors that claimed today that the former Friends star is carrying a “miracle baby.”

If you’re wondering why everyone thought Jennifer Aniston was pregnant today, you have In Touch Weekly to thank for that. As Gossip Cop reports, the tabloid ran multiple pictures of Jennifer Aniston in a bikini and declared that the 47-year-old actress was pregnant. They even ran a cover story with the headline, “Jen’s Finally Pregnant.” In the pictures, her tummy does look a little rounder than usual but, as Aniston’s rep told Entertainment Tonight, there’s an explanation for that.

“She is not pregnant. Shame on In Touch for making up the whole story, but this is not the first time they have done so,” Aniston’s rep said. “What you see is her having just enjoyed a delicious big lunch and her feeling safe on private property.”

In Touch went a long way to “prove” that their Jennifer Aniston pregnancy exclusive was true. They even produced “sources.”

“She’s pregnant. She and Justin are ecstatic,” a purported “friend” “told” In Touch.

“Jen has wanted to have a baby with Justin for years,” the supposed source added. “Their baby news came at a bad time in her life, too — she just lost her mother, and she and Justin almost broke up. But now this surprise pregnancy has turned the worst of times into the best of times.”

But Aniston’s rep insisted that all of this is a lie concocted by In Touch Weekly.

“The whole story is B.S. and made up. She is not pregnant,” the rep said. “Shame on them!”

According to Entertainment Tonight, the Jennifer Aniston bikini pics were first obtained by The Daily Mail. They’re from the actress’ recent vacation in Eleuthera, Bahamas with her husband, Justin Theroux.

Jennifer Aniston has spoken out before about the pressure she faces as a woman over 40 who has decided not to have children.

“I don’t like [the pressure] that people put on me, on women — that you’ve failed yourself as a female because you haven’t procreated,” Aniston told Allure magazine in January 2015. “I don’t think it’s fair. You may not have a child come out of your vagina, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t mothering — dogs, friends, friends’ children. This continually is said about me: that I was so career-driven and focused on myself; that I don’t want to be a mother, and how selfish that is.”

Aniston has also admitted how much she hates social media and would prefer to keep her private moments private.

“I feel like it takes mystery away. I feel like we know too much,” she said in an interview in April with The Insider With Yahoo. “I’m a tabloid nightmare. My life seems so much more dramatic and interesting than it is just because of the stupid tabloids, so why would I sort of invite it myself?”

Also, although the paparazzi routinely follow her during her beach outings, Jennifer Aniston said that you’ll never see a bikini selfie from her.

“I cannot imagine standing in a bathing suit in front of a mirror, taking a picture, and then posting it,” she said. “I can barely send one to my husband, let alone y’all.”

Jennifer Aniston may be shy about posting on social media but her husband, Justin Theroux, doesn’t seem to be. He has an Instagram account and he’s posted a few pics of Jennifer in the past.

Despite the fact that Jennifer denied the pregnancy news via her rep, tabloids and other media outlets are still running the story. In Touch Weekly has not taken down the article from its website as of this writing.

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux were married last year, four years after they first met in 2011.
