Marcus Grodd Reveals Marriage To Lacy Faddoul Was Never Legal, Calls Her Disappearing Bride
Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul have been very quiet about their relationship for a while now. Fans have wondered if the two split and what was really going on with them. Now it turns out that the two are over, and Marcus is revealing that their marriage was never even legal in the first place.
This couple met on Bachelor in Paradise and fell in love. Life & Style got the chance to talk to Marcus and get the details.
Marcus started out by saying that things are not going well at all for them now. He shared the details.
“It feels like she’s a runaway bride. We had this fantastic relationship, and then it totally vanished. It was like she ran away.”
Marcus and Lacy’s wedding all went down on television, but it turns out that none of it was legal. There were rumors about this, but now Marcus is confirming the news.
He explained, “When we came back, we were supposed to start the paperwork. But she stalled. I feel duped.”

Over the holidays, Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul spent some time together. He thought that things were getting better, but it turns out that isn’t the case at all. They were still talking in January, and Marcus found some flirty texts on her phone that were not to him. Marcus Grodd shared that he doesn’t have any proof that she ever cheated on him, though.
Marcus did go to basic training and was gone for three months. After getting back, he was ready to find a place together and move in, but Lacy said he should find his own place. This couple made it look to the world like they were married, but it turns out that they weren’t even living together during their relationship.
Two months ago, Lacy Faddoul and Marcus Grodd had dinner together, but then she hasn’t even spoke to him since then and cut off all communication. Since Marcus and Lacy were never legally married, they don’t have to get a divorce, and their relationship just seems to be over.
It appears that Marcus Grodd has finally given up hope that they will work things out. He is finally sharing with fans want went down. Lacy hasn’t said anything yet, but fans are waiting to hear her side of the story. Hopefully, Lacy will speak out at some point.
Back in January, the Inquisitr shared that it appeared Marcus and Lacy were done. They were sending a lot of mixed feelings to their fans. They were not saying they were over but were not spotted together or sharing about each other on social networks.
TMZ originally shared the news that Marcus and Lacy’s wedding was fake and that they didn’t have a legally binding certificate. They never got an actual marriage certificate, and fans have always wondered why they didn’t take that step. Now everyone knows that the couple wasn’t ready to get married — or at least it sounds like Lacy wasn’t ready.
Marcus Grodd doesn’t have anything negative to say about Lacy at this time and is doing a great job of being nice in the media toward her. It just looks like their relationship didn’t work out. Luckily, Jade and Tanner found love last season on Bachelor in Paradise and are doing just fine. Hopefully, this season will have another success story.
