‘The 100’ Season 4: Will Octavia Go Solo Or Help The Sky Crew Save The World? [Spoilers]
The 100 Season 4 will not air on The CW until 2017. However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t any information on the characters. Recently, Marie Avgeropoulos opened up about her hopes for Octavia Blake. Will she venture out on her own or will Octavia stick around and help the Sky Crew save the world from a nuclear disaster?

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Clarke Griffin (Eliza Taylor) and the rest of the Sky Crew will face their biggest threat yet. If Alie (Erica Cerra) was telling the truth, then they will have to save the world from a nuclear disaster. Not only is this a huge challenge, but they only have six months to make it happen.
Nearly everyone will be on board to save the world, but there is one character in The 100 that may not want to stick around. That person is Octavia Blake, Bellamy’s little sister.

Last season on The 100, Octavia was horrified that Bellamy Blake (Bob Morley) was part of Pike’s (Michael Beach) team. The two were involved in the anti-Grounder mission and murdered Indra’s (Adina Porter) army without cause. In fact, the army was sent there to protect Arkadia. However, that wasn’t all. Due to Bellamy being on Pike’s side, Lincoln (Ricky Whittle) was executed. Bellamy may not have killed Lincoln, but he indirectly caused it.
Eventually, Octavia took out her anger on Bellamy’s face. The 100 character wanted to kill Pike immediately, but the Sky Crew had to deal with the artificial intelligence threat first. The minute Alie was defeated and Clarke returned from the City of Light, Octavia killed Pike in The 100.
So, what is next for Marie Avgeropoulos’ character? Apparently, murdering Pike won’t give Octavia the relief she is looking for. In fact, expect Bellamy’s sister to get even worse. According to TV Guide, Octavia Blake will take “an even darker turn.”
Some fans of The 100 are hoping that Octavia will help Clarke and the Sky Crew deal with the nuclear threat. However, with everything Octavia is going through, is that possible? That decision has not been made yet, but Avgeropoulos thinks that Octavia should “go rogue.” The actress wants Octavia to live her life without having anyone tell her what to do. However, what does this mean for Bellamy? Will the Blake siblings reconcile or is there not any chance of that in The 100 Season 4?
“She’s (Octavia) always in conflict about what to do and at the end of the day, she’s at conflict with the decision of family,” Marie Avgeropoulos told IGN. “Bellamy’s the only family Octavia has. It’s going to be tough for her next season.”
The 100 actress added that Octavia can’t trust anyone, including her own flesh and blood. Also, expect Octavia to not only be darker, but to be a “double-edged sword.”
Marie’s hopes for Octavia are a bit different than Bob Morley’s. At Comic-Con 2016, The 100 actor expressed his hope that Bellamy and Octavia would repair their relationship in Season 4. Even so, Morley was unsure that Octavia would let her guard down enough to let Bellamy back in.
What do you think will happen with Bellamy and Octavia in The 100 Season 4? Will Marie Avgeropoulos’ character go rogue and continue dealing with her rage? Or will she help Bellamy, Clarke, and the rest of the Sky Crew save the world? If Octavia does stick around, is there any hope for the Blake siblings to reconcile after everything that has happened?
The 100 Season 4 does not have a premiere date yet. However, it is being reported that The CW network is expected to air new episodes in January 2017.
