Stephanie Hollman Says ‘RHOD’ Ended With ‘Tension, Hurt And Sadness’
Stephanie Hollman joined The Real Housewives of Dallas because she thought it would be fun to film a reality show with her friends. Stephanie appears to be happily married, even though she didn’t like how her husband kept making lists for her to do. While he was busy working, Stephanie was forced to complete the lists he was making, including picking up the dog poop in the backyard, removing a bee’s nest, and even cleaning up the garage. Hollman felt more like a maid in the home than his wife. Things have turned around in the Hollman home since the show ended, but things between herself and her co-stars remain strained.
According to a new Bravo report, Stephanie Hollman is now revealing that the tension during the finale party ruined some of the relationships between the women. Hollman just wanted to have fun during this party with her husband and her friend, Brandi Glanville, but Stephanie’s friend, Cary Deuber, truly struggled to make peace with LeeAnne Locken. Cary was convinced that Locken had spread rumors about her marriage, but Locken was furious with the way Cary was downplaying her life story.
“Everyone appeared to be in good spirits, but somewhat guarded when they arrived. I was hopeful for a fun day without drama. At first it went well, but as the hours passed… the tension with some of the women grew. I could see what appeared to start as a simple conversation turn into arguments,” Stephanie reveals, sharing that she mentally checked out of the party to deal with the Real Housewives of Dallas drama.
Hollman hadn’t planned on dealing with the drama, as she has managed to keep her own distance from Locken. Her co-star had completely lost it during their cast trip to Austin, as she had threatened to kill Marie Reyes. And while Locken clearly had an issue with Reyes, Stephanie didn’t realize that Cary and LeeAnne would sit down and get into a heated argument over the past.
“I think Cary and LeeAnne clash because of miscommunication. Cary heard LeeAnne‘s harsh judgments and accusations about her marriage. I understand that she felt she had to say something. I believe LeeAnne felt the tension and realized that Cary knew about her judgmental gossiping. Whatever the circumstance, nothing was resolved. When everyone left, I felt a sadness,” Stephanie Hollman revealed in her blog, sharing that she felt completely sad when the party ended, as tensions were still running high between the ladies.
The Real Housewives of Dallas reunion will air next week, and it will be interesting to see how the ladies talk things out. As Stephanie Hollman explains in her blog, there was nothing but tension, hurt, and sadness left when the season ended.
“Now, there is only tension, hurt and sadness. I haven’t experienced friendships where I felt pushed to choose one side or another and continually prove loyalties since high school. I believe that I can have an opinion based on circumstances but am entitled to think for myself. My opinion does not make me a less loyal friend — it makes me true to myself,” Stephanie Hollman reveals in her blog, sharing that she’s staying true to who she is.
The show hasn’t been renewed for a second season yet and it is unknown of any of the housewives are planning on coming back on the show. Stephanie may come back, but only if Brandi decides to come back. But given her marital issues, it is possible she wants to focus on her marriage away from the public eye.
