‘General Hospital’ Summer Spoilers: Maxie And Nathan Face Challenges, Nikolas’ Disappearance Brings Shockers, And New Romances Emerge

General Hospital spoilers tease that this will be one hot summer in Port Charles. There are mysteries swirling, relationships imploding, and new romances about to blossom. What is known so far about the storylines set to play out over the next few months?

As viewers have seen, Nikolas is missing, and some of his loved ones worry that he is dead. However, Jason, Sam, and viewers have a hunch that he set up this disappearance himself. It is known that Nikolas is still alive, as actor Tyler Christopher will be taking a break soon and Nick Stabile will be stepping into the role for a bit. However, specific dates on this shift are not yet known.

Maxie was dismayed to learn about the lies Nathan had told her about his marriage to Claudette, and now Spinelli is in town and helping her dig for more details. General Hospital spoilers indicate that Claudette will be showing up in Port Charles quite soon, so it seems shakeups are on the way.

Viewers would imagine that the connection between Griffin, Claudette and Nathan will emerge as these summer storylines progress. Can Nathan and Maxie survive this challenge as a couple? Kirsten Storms will be taking a break soon from her role as Maxie, but the character will not be off the canvas during this time as Molly Burnett will take over for a bit.

Soap Central teases that there are romances brewing, and they will be involving some unexpected couples. There have been hints that Elizabeth and Franco will tinker with the idea of a romantic relationship and General Hospital spoilers many viewers wonder if there could be romance on the horizon for Maxie and Griffin as well as Nina and Julian if his marriage to Alexis indeed falters.

According to SheKnows Soaps, Tracy will remain quite loyal to Finn, and she will soon be getting some help when it comes to supporting this mysterious doctor.

Lulu and Dante have been rebuilding their life together, but General Hospital spoilers hint that there could be new troubles ahead as an adventure drives a wedge between them. There is said to be a twist coming that changes things dramatically for both Lulu and Laura and Laura will continue to work with Kevin to get to the bottom of the mysteries Helena set into motion.

Anna and Sonny will remain determined to bring down Julian, but Paul is still in the mix and he has his own agenda with this complicated situation. Valerie and others focus on the mysterious killer who attacked Lucas and killed two other patients, and viewers are curious to see where this one heads.

Some viewers suspect that Dr. Mays is behind these attacks, but could someone else be responsible? Ava is headed off on a dangerous trip of some sort, and Kiki will remain torn between her feelings for Morgan and her developing relationship with Dillon.

Rachel’s mother Naomi has shown up in Port Charles, and she is sweet talking her daughter. However, Rachel is suspicious of her mother’s sudden arrival, and it seems that Naomi will soon reveal some tidbits that will impact many on the canvas.

Ingo Rademacher is returning as Jasper “Jax” Jacks soon and most figure that this will tie into the mystery regarding Josslyn’s kidney. Just who is behind this organ switch? The summer brings complications for Kristina when it comes to Aaron and Parker, and viewers will see Jordan dealing with complications when it comes to Andre, Curtis, and TJ.

What truths will be revealed about the mysteries kicked off with the reading of Helena’s will? Which romances will flourish and which ones will falter? There are plenty of twists and turns on the way this summer and viewers cannot wait to see what comes next on General Hospital.
