What A Dishonor! ‘Dishonored 2’ Teaser Leaked Ahead Of Bethesda E3 2016 Schedule
We are only a few hours from Bethesda’s E3 2016 conference, but Dishonored 2 is already getting leaked ahead of schedule!
E3 2016 is fast approaching, and we all know Bethesda for always being in the lead. Who could have forgotten the craze that we all fell into when they announced Fallout 4 last year? We’re expecting Bethesda to raise the bar this year at the E3 2016 as well and what better way to do that than leak a few clips of the sequel to one of their well-loved titles, Dishonored?
If you’ve played Dishonored, there is a huge chance that you loved and hated it. It was a huge pain to play but definitely worth every minute, every hour, every teardrop and sweat. Dishonored was one of the critical hits in 2012 that propelled us to the dingy streets sci-fi streets of Dunwall, where chaos was an option but pain certainly was not. It was rough, it was grungy, it was stealthy and full of magic–of course we clamored for a sequel! We needed Dishonored 2!
Fast forward four years, and we’re already closer to Dishonored 2, the sequel to the phenomenal Bethesda title. Dishonored 2 brings us 15 years after Dishonored’s timeline, where we get to play as the great Corvo or former empress Emily Kaldwin to regain the city from the otherworldly villains who have taken over it.
The following is in Bethesda’s own words.“Explore a world unlike any other as either Emily Kaldwin or Corvo Attano – both powerful assassins with their own unique set of supernatural abilities, weapons and unusual gadgets. Define your own playstyle by blending immersive first-person action, assassination, stealth, mobility and the game’s brutal combat system. Combine the tools at your disposal to creatively eliminate your enemies whether you choose to pursue them unseen or ruthlessly attack head on with weapons drawn. Show no mercy and leave chaos in your wake or find a more subtle way to eliminate your targets. More than ever the choices you make will determine the outcome of each mission, and ultimately the game.”
With just a few hours left before the Bethesda conference for E3 2016, of course there’s gotta be a leak of Dishonored 2 or some other upcoming title somewhere! In fact, a new trailer containing gameplay snippets of Dishonored 2 have surfaced on Twitch earlier today, but has already been taken down, according to Push Square. It seems Twitch was doing a rehearsal and accidentally published the video to the public.
PlayStation Lifestyle, however, was able to extract the video from Twitch and upload it on their servers (thank heavens!) So if you’re curious about the 30-second Dishonored teaser, check it out over at the PlayStation Lifestylepost.

The leaked video of Dishonored 2 contains brief but exciting snippets of the familiar gameplay, but doesn’t reveal much of the plot of the sequel. Developers Arkane Studios and Bethesda revealed that like in the first Dishonored,Dishonored 2 will give the players the option of going through the storyline without killing people and just killing off everyone that’s in your path. However, in Dishonored 2, they have teased that a third option will be available.
For now, let’s hold on to our seats and wait for the more in-depth reveal of Dishonored 2 at the Bethesda press conference for the E3 2016, happening on June 12, 7 p.m. PST (and yes, we’re sure that Dishonored 2 will have its segment somewhere in there, thanks to Twitch).Dishonored 2 will arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 11, 2016.
