Josh Duggar Rumors: Anna Duggar’s Fifth Baby Dreams Halted, Admits To ‘Trust Issues’ In Her Marriage, Seeks Marriage Counseling
Former 19 Kids & Counting stars Josh and Anna Duggar continue to work on their fragile marriage. Anna admitted she struggled with trust issues and refused to have a fifth child with her alleged cheating husband, Fashion & Design reveals.
Anna thought by now she’d trust Josh more, and figured it would be time to have another child. The couple has voiced their desire to have a large family, like his family growing up. Her lingering trust issues with Josh are getting in the way of her willingness to bring another child into their extremely fragile family.
Josh Duggar returned home after a six-month stint in a sex rehab facility. The reality TV star sought treatment after publicly professing that he had been unfaithful to his wife, Anna, and had multiple Ashley Madison accounts. As a bonus, he admitted that he had an addiction to pornography.
A few weeks ago, the rumors took off that Anna Duggar may be pregnant or trying to become pregnant, despite her trust issues with Josh. Anna posted a picture with her sister-in-law on the Duggar family blog, and many fans felt she “appeared” to look pregnant.
Anna has not confirmed or denied a pregnancy at this time. She has publicly stated over and over that she wants to “rebuild” her marriage, and is “committed to a future with Josh.” In essence, she is telling the press they will not divorce, no matter how bad it gets between them.
Even though Josh and Anna claim they are “committed to each other,” it doesn’t mean their relationship was fixed. They reportedly are having a hard time trying to deal with the emotions and lack of trust they both felt due to Josh’s infidelity, In Touch reports.
They both state they are working towards healing, and has thanked their friends and followers for praying and being there for them. They admit that it may take time for them to get past the mistrust, but assure their fans “it will happen.”
In a step towards healing for the happy couple, they decide to go to marriage counseling. They hope a marriage counselor can bring insight, healing, and a new outlook for the once happy couple. Josh has voiced that he wants to repair his public image so he can land another reality TV show.
Reportedly, Josh Duggar feels that selling cars is beneath him, and he’d like to be in the spotlight again. He loved the feeling of being a famous person and craves the attention. Unless he can fix his tarnished reputation, it seems highly unlikely he would be able to work on TLC, Discovery, or History channels due to the fact the advertisers refuse to air their advertisements during the show.

Anna has stated time and time again over the past year that the only thing that got her through the tough times was her faith in God. Duggar said that she prayed and believed that God was watching over them, and felt he wouldn’t give them more than they could bear. She also stated in an interview that she never considered leaving Josh because she “didn’t think God would want her to do that.”
Even though Anna is a religious woman, dealing with Josh’s infidelity must be incredibly difficult. She has handled it with class, never talking badly about him or his family to the press, and never showed her pain to the Duggar’s followers (and haters).
