Ryan Reynolds Wakes Up In Morgue In Deleted ‘Deadpool’ Scene [Video]
Ryan Reynolds has one more scene as Deadpool for Marvel fans, according to Digital Spy. The 39-year-old actor playing Deadpool was featured in a deleted scene that comes on the DVD and Blu-ray release.
And while the DVD and Blu-ray editions of Deadpool are out on June 13 in the U.K. (it arrived in the U.S. on May 10), the deleted scene featuring Ryan Reynolds has been leaked online. In the deleted scene, Deadpool (aka Wade Wilson) is seen getting hit by a truck, and then after his “death,” he wakes up in a morgue.

Well, not exactly wakes up; he tries to get out of that black bag but fails to do so and falls flat on the floor. Such an “Ouch!” moment. The 41-second clip features a glimpse of Morena Baccarin and Ryan Reynolds with his character’s face being damaged.
Even though the scene didn’t appear in the original film release, it has the same kind of dark humor that secured Deadpool the title of the highest grossing R-rated film of all time. In the Tim Miller-directed movies, which was released on February 12, Ryan Reynolds plays Deadpool.
Deadpool is a former special forces officer who was turned into a mutant after discovering he had cancer. Deadpool is part of the X-Men Universe, and Ryan Reynolds first played the character in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, which was released in 2009.

But then Marvel decided to do a standalone movie about Deadpool, and it made the right call, as the movie grossed $772 million worldwide and is currently the highest grossing film of all the X-Men Universe films. In fact, there is a sequel coming, and Ryan Reynolds is set to reprise the role of Deadpool.
In other news, amid Ryan Reynolds’ wife Blake Lively’s comments that she wanted a “litter” of kids, the two have recently gone house hunting around New York City, according to the Daily Mail. The Deadpool actor and his pregnant wife are apparently in need of more space for their expanding family.

Lively sported a rare casual look while house hunting and was always by her husband Ryan Reynolds’ side. It’s unclear whether or not the couple found themselves a new nest, but a Daily Mail source confirmed that the two, who got married in 2012, are indeed looking for a new house.
According to the source, Ryan Reynolds and his wife spent the entire day checking out luxury apartments in the Tribeca neighborhood in New York City. The lovebirds already own a huge family home in upstate New York, but it appears that the two are looking for a house a little closer to the city.
And even though Lively constantly wore loose fitting clothing, her baby bump was very noticeable, but it’s unclear when her second child is due. Ryan Reynolds and Lively already have an 18-month-old daughter, James.
Fox wants the upcoming Wolverine 3 movie to repeat the success of Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool, according to Sports Rageous. Wolverine 3 producer Simon Kinberg recently revealed some juicy details about the upcoming film.
It appears that Hugh Jackman will play Wolverine one last time, and the film’s crew eagerly wants to make the film as successful as Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool, which smashed the box office earlier this year.
It’s unclear whether Ryan Reynolds’ character is going to make a cameo appearance in Wolverine 3 or not, but nonetheless, many X-Men Universe fans expect the upcoming Marvel flick to beat the box office success of Deadpool.
It’s also rumored that Wolverine 3 could be made an R-rated movie just like Deadpool. If Wolverine 3 indeed beats Deadpool’s success, it would become the highest grossing film of all the X-Men Universe films.
