Nick Jonas Blamed For Demi Lovato, Wilmer Valderrama Split — Secret Cheating Affair?

Nick Jonas is being blamed for the sudden split between Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama, according to several reports.

In Touch, in particular, alleges that Wilmer was beginning to speculate whether Lovato was cheating on him with Nick, whom she had been spending a lot of time with of late. And it certainly didn’t help to know that Jonas would be joining Lovato on tour later this month, meaning they would be inseparable for several months.

The outlet goes on to add that the actor became jealous over Nick’s close friendship with his girlfriend — he was practically spending more time with her than he was, and with the forthcoming tour, it would evidently mean that Nick would have her all to himself since Wilmer will be stuck in Los Angeles.

An insider for in Touch reveals, “[Valderrama] told her he thought she was in love with Nick. They would scream at each other and it sounded like the house was going to fall down,” adding that their constant fights about Nick Jonas being so involved in Demi’s life evidently caused their breakup.

But that’s not all. A source for the outlet then goes on to stress that recent text messages that Wilmer found on Demi Lovato’s phone made him all the more alarmed about the situation, giving just as much evidence as he needed to assure himself that everything he had assumed was true after all.

“Wilmer found texts from Demi begging Nick to talk to her and he blew up,” the insider concludes, after mentioning that Jonas and Wilmer have reportedly fallen out over the matter — the actor is convinced that there has been something going on between the two, and instead of the constant drama and fighting, it was best for the two to go their separate ways.

It does sound like there could be some truth to the supposed cheating claims since Demi’s interview with Ellen earlier this year made it seem as if the singer was going to spend the rest of her life with Wilmer, claiming she wasn’t “going anywhere anytime soon.”

In their statement, Lovato and Wilmer shared the following, “This was an incredibly difficult decision for both of us, but we have realized more than anything that we are better as best friends. We will always be supportive of one another. Thank you to everyone who has offered us kindness and support over the years.”

If Nick Jonas did have an affair with Demi Lovato behind Wilmer’s back, there’s likely no chance the couple will ever get back together.

But it looks like Demi won’t be entertaining the cheating claims, because she’s working hard on her forthcoming North American tour, which just so happens to include Nick Jonas.

On the bright side of things, with the news that Wilmer and Demi have ended their relationship, Lovato is now free to hook up with Jonas, for as far as fans are aware, the 23-year-old is very much single himself.
