Johnny Depp To Expose The Truth Behind Amber Heard’s Abuse Claim In A Tell-All Interview
Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have only been married for 15 months, but the 30-year-old actress suddenly dropped a bomb on the 52-year-old actor when she accused him of beating her up. According to the Sun, the Friday Night Lights actress filed a lawsuit against the Pirates of the Caribbean star for being abusive caused by his drug-fuelled rages.
She also claims that he has lost grip on reality because of alcohol and drug abuse, thus leading to paranoid delusions. There was even a time that the actor allegedly grabbed her hair and threw his wife to the ground.
“I endured excessive emotional, verbal and physical abuse from Johnny, which has included angry, hostile, humiliating and threatening assault to me whenever I questioned his authority or disagreed with him,” the actress said.
“As Johnny’s paranoia, delusions and aggression increased throughout our relationship, so has my awareness of his continued substance abuse,” she added. “Because of this, I am extremely afraid of Johnny and, for my safety, I am petrified he will return at any moment.”
Johnny Depp remained silent despite Amber Heard’s abuse claims, but he is now ready to expose the truth in a tell-all TV interview. According to the Daily Star, the Black Mass actor is planning a prime-time interview to prove his innocence, and he is eyeing a chat with Oprah Winfrey, since he has met her before.
Heard faced the court a few days ago with a black eye claiming that Depp threw an iPhone at her face, pulled her hair, and even destroyed their home in Los Angeles. The character actor denied the accusations, but he was still given a temporary restraining order until they meet again for a second hearing next month.“He is shell-shocked over the events of the last week and is determined to tell his side of the story. His whole life has been turned upside down,” their insider said. “It’s been the week from hell for Johnny and he wants and feels he deserves the chance to answer everything that has been hurled at him.”
So what really happened with the iPhone incident? According to the Sun, it was the demand of Depp’s children, Lily-Rose, 17, and Jack, 14, that started the argument which led to the actor into throwing the phone at his estranged wife.
The Magic Mike XXL actress filed for a divorce from the Edward Scissorhands star two days after Depp’s mother, Betty Sue, passed away. A source revealed that Lily-Rose and Jack didn’t want their stepmother to be at the deathbed of their grandmother, which ignited the fight between the celebrity couple.“Johnny told Amber but says she acted ‘like a petulant child’. That’s when things turned nasty and a huge row erupted,” their insider said.
The domestic violence accusations would be the perfect opportunity for the Hollywood superstar’s former partner, Vanessa Paradis, to get back at him for breaking up with her, but she instead showed her support for him. TMZ published a letter written by the singer, wherein she defended the father of her children.
“Johnny Depp is the father of my two children, he is a sensitive, loving and loved person, and I believe with all my heart that these recent allegations being made are outrageous,” Paradis wrote. “In all the years I have known Johnny, he has never been physically abusive with with me and this looks nothing like the man I lived with for 14 wonderful years.”Even the actor’s friend Doug Stanhope had started speaking up about Heard’s accusations. He even claimed that the actress has been manipulating Depp for a long time and she even threatened to lie publicly about him.
The stand-up comedian wrote a tell-all letter in the Wrap, which detailed everything they know about the former couple’s unhealthy marriage. Stanhope claimed that his pal was used, manipulated, and set up — that’s why he was forced to finally reveal the truth, even if the Golden Globe Award winner ends up not speaking to him.
