Chris Brown And Rihanna Possibly Performing Together At MTV VMA’s

Global superstar Rihanna and former boyfriend Chris Brown may shock audiences and perform together during the 2012 MTV VMA’s according to sources close to the former couple.

Friends of both Rihanna and Chris Brown tell Perez Hilton that they want to reunite in the form of song and that the awards show seems like the perfect time to perform with one another.

One of RiRi’s close friends admits that Rihanna would love the opportunity, noting:

“That’s obvious. Hell yeah, she would. [There isn’t anything] she wouldn’t do for that [him]. She’d do just about anything for him.”

A friend of Chris Brown then responded in kind:

“Why wouldn’t he? It would be the first time in a long…time that he would be on stage with his boo.”

The relationship between Chris Brown and Rihanna has drawn controversy since the moment he punched her in the face on the day of the Grammy’s three years ago. Since that time the couple have been spotted at the same nightclubs and various other venues, arriving and leaving with their own posses.

In an interview with Oprah Winfrey this past weekend Rihanna admitted that she was still in love with Chris Brown.

Rihanna has drawn criticism most recently from Joan Rivers who can’t understand why she would get back together with the man who beat her. Comments made by Rivers started a Twitter fight between the two.

In the meantime female fans of Chris Brown continue to ask him to punch them in the face in exchange for the chance at a relationship with the Grammy winning R&B singer.
