Tyga Trying To Get Out Of Child Support Now That Blac Chyna Might Score Seven-Figure Deals? [Video]
Now that Blac Chyna is marrying wealthy Rob Kardashian, reports have emerged that Tyga is trying to get out of paying child support for King Cairo, the son he shares with Chyna. According to experts, however, even if Chyna lands a seven-figure reality show deal, Tyga will still have to pay child support no matter what.
According to Hollywood Life, Tyga, who reportedly has plenty of financial problems, “was hoping to get some relief when Rob married Blac,” and that either his child support payments would be lowered or they would be lifted altogether. But experts agree “that just isn’t the case in California where they all live,” and Tyga will still have to support King Cairo until the boy is 18-years-old.

Tyga reportedly asked his attorney about whether his child support obligations could be lowered, particularly if Blac starts making mega bucks by starring on Keeping Up With The Kardashians or through her own reality series. According to insiders, “[a]s long as Blac maintains custody of King, then the amount Tyga makes for child support payments will not change once she gets hitched.” In fact, any deals Chyna may make “would likely have little effect on Tyga’s responsibility towards his son.”
An expert confirmed the insights with father’s rights expert and California divorce attorney David Pisarra, revealing to Hollywood Life that no matter how much money Blac Chyna earned or how much her husband is worth, it “would likely have very little effect on Tyga’s child support payments…There is little that can change that.”

Tyga, who used to date Rob Kardashian’s sister, Kylie Jenner, has said on many occasions that he’s committed to taking care of his son, so it’s possible the rumors that he wants to get out of paying child support might be entirely false. In fact, in past interviews, Tyga has made it clear that any implications he won’t take care of his son, or that Rob Kardashian will be a step-father to King Cairo, are entirely off limits, confirming that Tyga is committed to helping to raise his son as much as possible.
It’s no news, however, that Tyga has massive financial problems. In fact, the rapper has been sued by several past landlords for failing to pay his rent. In just the past year alone, Los Angeles area courts have told Tyga that he has to pay back rent and interest to two different landlords for more than $70,000 and $80,000.
Tyga has also been sued by firms that have loaned him nearly $500,000 to purchase luxury vehicles, including the Lamborghini that was allegedly repossessed. Although Tyga insists he sold the vehicles, court documents confirmed that Tyga never made the agreed monthly payments, and the vehicles were repossessed by the loan company.
One report about Tyga’s finances that is false, however, is a rumor that Tyga owes Kylie Jenner $2 million. According to the report, Tyga allegedly “finessed” Kylie out of the large sum. Despite rumors that Kylie is “pretty hurt” over the break up, Jenner herself confirmed that Tyga doesn’t owe her any money, calling the reports “lies lies lies” on her Twitter account.

While friends thought the famous couple would get back together, “[t]his is the longest Kylie and Tyga have gone without speaking,” and “both sides think this is permanent now.” The rapper has since been spotted with lingerie model Demi Rose Mawby at the annual Cannes Film Festival, Tyga confirmed that nothing romantic was going on, sharing with fans that he’s “[s]ingle. Focused. Blessed. Living Life.”
