In addition, Derek’s father is the Wartburg basketball coach.
After college, Derek moved to Florida for a while, and then he relocated to New York. He works as a commercial banker now, but he also has an interest in music, and his Instagram and YouTube pages have a number of videos of him singing and playing the guitar.
