‘Teen Mom 2’ Leah Messer Receives A Text Message From Miranda Simms, Read It Here
Leah Messer and Miranda Simms are at war on Teen Mom 2. Following last night’s episode, which featured Messer chronicling a disturbing video in which her 6-year-old daughter accused Simms of forcing her to carry a heavy backpack to school, a preview of next week’s show teases of an upcoming confrontation.
In the sneak peek of next week’s new episode shared by MTV on May 23, Leah Messer is seen chatting with her friend Kayla when she receives a text message from Miranda.
“Hey, Corey was talking to me about you all’s discussion about the girls. I rarely have her carry her own backpack and if I do it is because I have to carry Remi in and other stuff,” Simms explained in her text. “I do care for them and try to give them the best life when they are here but it really bothers be that you are claiming you have some sort of sneaky video of because I have absolutely nothing to hide.”

On Monday’s Teen Mom 2, fans watched as Ali, who suffers from a rare form of muscular dystrophy, claimed to be “upset” and “hurt” by her stepmother’s behavior.
“Miranda always gets mad at me cause my backpack is too heavy,” Ali was heard saying in a video sent to Leah Messer by a family member, according to a report by Radar Online. “I give her my backpack when it’s too heavy… she says, ‘Ali, I have to hold the baby.'”
Simms and her husband, Corey, the first husband of Leah Messer, welcomed their first child together in November of last year, so during the time the scenes were shot, the baby was just a couple of months old.
While discussing the video with her sister, Victoria, Leah Messer was clearly concerned and unsure of what she should do about her daughter’s statements. Victoria, on the other hand, was more decisive with her ideal approach to the situation and told Leah Messer that she should confront the “lazy b***h” about carrying Ali’s backpack for her.
“There’s nothing wrong with you going down there and saying, ‘I’m tired of my kids hurting.’ Ali has a condition, she can’t help it that she can’t carry the damn backpack. So the lazy b***h needs to pick the backpack up and carry it for her period,” Victoria suggested. “There is no reason that kid should feel that way.”

“I want to save them. I want to make them feel better, I want to rescue them and I can’t. There’s nothing I can do and they’re my kids,” Leah Messer fumed.
Ahead of last night’s episode of Teen Mom 2, Simms’ husband took to Twitter, where he hinted at the drama that was to come. In a series of tweets to his fans and followers, Corey claimed certain people were talking “big” and revealed a simple co-parenting conversation had been blown out of proportion. As for Simms, she’s stayed completely silent since the episode aired.
Following Leah Messer’s failed marriage to Corey Simms, she moved on with Jeremy Calvert, and in 2012, the couple wed. However, their marriage also didn’t last, and in late 2014, amid allegations of drug use and infidelity, Calvert announced he was divorcing his wife.
