Arnold Schwarzenegger Takes Over From Donald Trump, Seen Publicly With Ex-Wife Maria Shriver, Plus See What His Lovechild Looks Like Now!
Arnold Schwarzenegger, one of the greatest action stars of all time and perhaps best known for his role in the Terminator movies, has recently nabbed another role. The role that Arnold had nabbed is a bit of a jump from his usual roles as this one puts him on reality TV instead of the usual action blockbuster. According to the N.Y. Daily News, Arnold Schwarzenegger is taking over Celebrity Apprentice.

Until now, the spot has been famously held by Donald Trump, but since he is one of the frontrunners in the presidential race, he has had to step aside. The question as to who would take over Trump’s iconic role was answered definitively when the first poster was released, and it featured the Terminator star and former California governor wearing a smirk on his face while pointing at the camera and riding a white horse. Arnold Schwarzenegger will not be the only new addition to the upcoming season of Celebrity Apprentice, as Tyra Banks, Jessica Alba, Warren Buffett, and Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer have also joined the show.

Schwarzenegger and company are expected to judge a list of participants that include retired boxer Laili Ali, actress Brooke Burke-Charvet, singer Boy George, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi from Jersey Shore, and former football star Eric Dickerson.
Arnold Schwarzenegger and his ex-wife, Maria Shriver, famously split in 2011, but the two have once again reunited for a brief moment when they attended their son’s college graduation earlier this month, according to the Daily Mail.

The pair broke up because of Schwarzenegger’s affair with their housekeeper but they reunited at the University of South California’s commencement ceremony to support their son, Patrick. A photo uploaded on Instagram seems to show that the pair were able to put the past behind them for the sake of their son. They each offered words of encouragement for their son as they stood by his side, and Arnold Schwarzenegger wrote a touching tribute to his son on Instagram saying that he is proud of him, and noting that Patrick has grown into a great man, both physically and mentally, and that he cannot wait to see what the future holds for him. He ended his post with a congratulations and an “I love you.”
The former bodybuilder admitted to cheating on his wife Maria Shriver by having an affair with the couple’s housekeeper Mildred Baena, with whom he had secretly fathered a child: Joseph.

Shriver filed for a divorce back in 2011, but it was reported in 2015 that Schwarzenegger had yet to sign the papers and finalize the divorce. The pair reportedly worked out a financial settlement and agreed to split their $400 million estate between the two of them. Schwarzenegger may have had his reservations about officially ending their marriage, but he seemed to have no trouble moving on and starting a relationship with Heather Milligan, whom he has been dating for almost three years. However, he did express regret in having the affair.
Arnold Schwarzenegger spoke about the affair.
“I think it was the stupidest thing I’ve done in the whole relationship. It was terrible. I inflicted tremendous pain on Maria and unbelievable pain on the kids.”
This is not the first time that Arnold Schwarzenegger and his ex-wife have been seen together in public and on good terms. Back in March, they appeared together at former First Lady Nancy Reagan’s funeral.

In other news, according to Slate, Arnold Schwarzenegger will be appearing in the title role of Taran Killam’s directorial debut film Why We’re Killing Gunther as an assassin whose showboating and arrogance prompts the other top hitmen to try to kill him.
Aside from Arnold Schwarzenegger, the ensemble cast will include Killam’s Saturday Night Live castmate Bobby Moynihan, Silicon Valley’s Kumail Nanjani, and Killam’s wife, The Avengers‘ Cobie Smulders.
