‘Bachelor’ Stars Ben Higgins And Lauren Bushnell Spend Time In California, Has Wedding Planning Started For The Duo?
Bachelor stars Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell have fans buzzing about some possible progress when it comes to setting a wedding date. Ben and Lauren got engaged during their final rose ceremony last November, and during their finale this past March, they teased that they likely would not have a long engagement. Reports recently emerged that they may be putting together a summer wedding, and the two were just in California together, adding to the speculation. What’s the latest?
Lauren Bushnell was spending some time with friends in California this past week, sharing some social media posts showing her with her former roommate, Whitney, along with Bachelor buddies Jubilee Sharpe and Amanda Stanton. Bushnell’s visit to California came right on the heels of a report detailing that the Bachelor stars might be working on getting married this summer rather than wait for a winter wedding that had previously been hinted.
Seeing Bushnell in Los Angeles definitely escalated the buzz about planning for the big day kicking into full gear, and now it seems that Ben Higgins made it out to California, as well. Seeing Ben and Lauren in Los Angeles right after Us Weekly teased a summer wedding certainly has people talking. Could confirmation of a date be coming soon?
So far, neither Ben or Lauren are sharing anything specific about their wedding planning. In previous interviews, they have said that they will start the planning process soon, but they had said a date was not picked yet. However, the Bachelor stars have said again and again that they will be getting married sooner rather than later.
The buzz about the couple being in California for wedding planning is just speculation at this point, as it seems they did have other plans for while they were in the area. Not only did they get together with various sets of friends, they also attended the premiere of Alice Through the Looking Glass, the newest Johnny Depp movie.
It is not at all unusual to see Ben and Lauren traveling away from Denver, or spending time in California, given her ties there. However, the timing of this visit combined with the summer wedding buzz and the fact that a televised ABC Bachelor wedding is supposedly in the works definitely has many of Higgins and Bushnell’s fans suspecting that full-blown planning is now happening.
Higgins and Bushnell didn’t stay in California together for too long, as by Sunday they were back in Denver and spotted at church together. The folks over at the Bach and Bachette Fan Forums found the pictures on social media showing both Ben and Lauren posing with fans at the Red Rocks Church near Denver.
These Bachelor stars have had to stay united through plenty of tabloid stories regarding their relationship, but so far Ben and Lauren seem to be head-over-heels in love. They are bonding with one another’s friends and family members and while they’ve been traveling quite a bit, they’ve been working on making their Denver house a home for the two of them together as well.
Will Ben and Lauren tie the knot this summer as the speculation indicates, or will the nuptials be coming a little further down the road?
