‘Teen Mom 2’ Leah Messer Goes On A Road Trip After Jeremy Calvert Does The Same

Teen Mom 2 Leah Messer just mimicked her ex-husband’s weekend plans.

On Sunday, just one day after Calvert revealed he was traveling, Leah Messer told fans she too was on the road and feeling “blessed.”

“Today I chose to just take a road trip and Thank God for all he has done for my daughters and I!” Leah Messer announced to her fans and followers on Instagram on May 15. “I’m blessed beyond I ever had imagined and I’m more than Grateful!!! #Happy #Healthy #Blessed.”

One day prior, Calvert took to Instagram, where he told his fans he and his girlfriend, Brooke Wehr, had embarked on a long trip.

“This drive is really going to blow @bwehr10,” Calvert wrote along with a photo of a GPS showing fans he and Wehr were over 14 hours away from their unconfirmed destination.

Leah Messer and Calvert were married for 3 years and share 3-year-old daughter Adalynn.

Since Calvert split from Leah Messer after claiming she had been unfaithful on Twitter, he has been involved in an on-and-off romance with Wehr, which has been on for the last several months. However, during an episode of Teen Mom 2 Season 7 weeks ago, Leah Messer expressed interest in getting back with Calvert, and on Twitter, Calvert and Wehr were involved in a feud with fans because of Messer’s proclamation.

During the scene, Leah Messer was seen telling Calvert he was the “one person” for her, but after the show was allegedly edited to make it look as if Calvert had no interest in getting back with her, Leah Messer called the MTV series a “fake a** show” and told fans on Twitter she was “99.9 percent sure those feelings were mutual.”

“[Leah Messer] wrote that because the show cut out everything on Jeremy’s side,” an industry source told People Magazine last month. “He was the one who was begging her to come back and to give him another chance. He was the one that coordinated the date and to try to make it work… The show was edited to make it seem like she was the one doing it and didn’t show anything about Jeremy, and she wanted to set the record straight.”

On Twitter, Leah Messer’s ex-husband has denied hooking up with her since their split and has shown no public interest in wanting to be with her. Still, Leah Messer insisted the scene was inaccurately edited — and it wasn’t the first time she did so.

Just a short time prior, Leah Messer slammed MTV for making her look like a bad mother.

“It’s so sad how the person behind the editing can even live a happy life by editing to manipulate the audience watching. It makes me feel like my story just isn’t enough,” Leah Messer wrote to a fan who asked her why she continues to return to Teen Mom 2 despite being “bashed.”

Leah Messer even threatened to quit the show after scenes from Teen Mom 2 Season 7 featured her failing to feed her children and texting while driving.

“It hurts to feel BETRAYED by the ones I THOUGHT I could trust with my story. It goes to show you how ‘THE ENTERTAINMENT WORLD’ really is,” Leah Messer went on. “I hope to continue to share my story but I REFUSE to allow it to be twisted for the benefit of a NETWORK!”
