Sinead O’Connor Is Missing After Bike Ride, Labeled As Possibly Suicidal [Report]
Troubled singer Sinead O’Connor is missing and believed to be possibly suicidal.
According to TMZ, the singer, who has been extremely vocal about ending her life, went out for a bicycle ride on Sunday at 1 p.m. and hasn’t been seen since. At the time of her disappearance, she was bicycling in the Chicago suburb of Wilmette. The cops were called when O’Connor didn’t return from her bicycle run, and now officials are searching for her.
It’s suspected that O’Connor is suicidal, which isn’t a surprise given Sinead’s past. Back in November of 2015, O’Connor wrote an angry suicide letter on Facebook about how her family has betrayed her by excommunicating themselves from her. In the note, she revealed that she has plans to end her life due to the “appalling cruelty” she has experiences via her husband, and her children. At the time, she said the troubles started when she had a hysterectomy in August of that year.
At the time, she wrote, “I have taken an overdose. There is no other way to get respect. I am not at home. I’m at a hotel, somewhere in Ireland, under another name.”
Her letter went on to state, “Howling crying for weeks. And been told by them all to go f*** myself. I’m invisible. I don’t matter a shred to anyone.”

Soon after her letter, O’Connor was found alive in Dublin and was taken to receive medical attention.
Due to her current disappearance and her recent history, O’Connor has been classified as “missing suicidal.” The bicycle that she was riding had a pink basket, and the singer was seen wearing a black parka, black leather pants, and a black sweater with the word “Ireland” on the back of it.
The last note she wrote on Facebook was an incoherent blurb addressed to her son Jake Reynolds.
“Jake, kindly go to the court on Tuesday and take custody your brother from Tusla. My lawyer will be making the illegal way yourself and Donal got him into Tusla (lying to the cops etc) known to the judge. expect to be in trouble. In fact you’d best bring a lawyer of your own. And do not abandon your brother or any other of my babies again. What you have done to your brother and your mother is LITERALLY criminal.”

Prior to her second disappearance, O’Connor was in hot water after accusing TV host Arsenio Hall of giving late singer Prince drugs. O’Connor had posted a message on Facebook accusing Arsenio Hall who she calls “AKA Prince’s and Eddie Murphy’s b—h” of supplying Prince with drugs over the years. Hall responded by filing a $5 million dollar lawsuit against O’Connor, which accused the singer of “despicable, fabricated lies.”
The official papers state, “Desperate, attention-seeker Sinead O’Connor has maliciously published outlandish defamatory lies about comedian Arsenio Hall, falsely accusing him of supplying illegal ‘hard drugs’ ‘over the decades’ to the recently deceased musical artist, Prince, and of spiking her with drugs once years ago.”
That said, Sinead O’Connor seemed amused by the lawsuit as she said as such in a Facebook note.
“REGARDING ARSE-INIO HALL’S LAUGHABLE THREATS I’m more amused than I’ve ever dreamed a person could be and look forward very much to how hilarious it will be watching him trying to prove me wrong.”
She went on to say how happy she is that the DEA has taken her seriously and has questioned Prince’s friends to get more into his possible drug history.
