Shia LaBeouf And Girlfriend Fight Nasty: Is It Over “Real Sex” Scenes In Next Movie?
Shia LaBeouf’s girlfriend apparently heard that her boyfriend will be having “real sex” in his next movie, and didn’t take the news very well. Photographs of the couple have surfaced showing a teary-eyed and painful fight between the two, leading many media outlets to speculate that the fight has something to do with LaBeouf’s extreme venture into independent films.
Shia LaBeouf recently declared that he will no longer be starring in mainstream Hollywood films. Possibly disillusioned by box-office successes with the Transformers series, the former child star will instead explore a career in independent films, and he’s getting off to the most extreme and dramatic start in that direction with a starring role in controversial filmmaker Lars Von Trier’s The Nymphomaniac, which will reportedly feature un-simulated sex scenes.
LaBeouf’s girlfriend is reportedly not happy with his role in Von Trier’s next film, and broke down in tears on a public street on Friday, mere days after LaBeouf’s announcement that he’ll be having real sex in his next film. Karolyn Pho looked pretty upset during the 15-minute exchange, but said that the fight didn’t have anything to do with LaBeouf’s new role.
“It’s none of anybody’s business. Everything is fine with us. It was nothing affiliated with his movie,” she told the Daily News. “We’re normal people who have normal lives,” she said.
They seemed to make-up after the fight – photos caught Pho wrapping her arm around LaBeouf as he smoked a cigarette.
LaBeouf recently announced that he’ll be having un-simulated sex in Lars Von Trier’s The Nymphomaniac, and that he’s willing to do whatever the Danish director asks of him on the set.
“He’s very dangerous, you know. He’s like the most dangerous dude that I’ve ever showed up for. I’m terrified. I’m so terrified, which is why I have to go,” LaBeouf told MTV. “There’s a disclaimer at the top of the script that basically says, we’re all doing it for real. And everything that is illegal, we’ll shoot in blurred images, but other than that, everything is happening,” LaBeouf said. “It’s going to be a wild movie.”
